House Rules & Important Notes

To help ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note:

• Guests must be 25 years or older to book
• No parties or events permitted
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• No pets allowed
• No self-tanner allowed inside the home

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for the primary booking guest and all adult guests prior to check-in.
• Wi-Fi outages are rare but may occasionally occur due to service provider interruptions along 30A

Additional house rules and Prominence community guidelines will be provided on the booking platform and in the rental agreement.
