⭐And…where's the beach? Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: (2 min drive, 5 min golf cart), 15 min walk) Closest to Prominence and most convienent. This access point also features parking, restrooms, dining pavilions with charcoal grills.
Gulf Lakes Beach Access / Seabreeze Beach Access: (7 min by bike) Best for bike rides to the beach east on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. No parking here- shower and bike rack available here.
Walton Dunes Beach Access: (10 min. golf cart ride) West on 30A from Prominence. One of our favorites! The access point features roadside parking and bike racks. Great for dropping off passengers and your gear before parking in the nearby lot.
Inlet Beach Regional Access: (15 min by car) Plenty of amenities! Features: ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

Excellent communication, beautiful condo, had everything we needed. The towels, chairs, umbrellas and even coolers made the packing easy and light. Parking the golf cart close to beach access was our only hiccup. We had to drop everything, drive the golf cart back and bike down. We definitely stay again!

Good Location, Quiet Neighborhood
The listing is accurate to the home. They have beach equipment provided for you, but both beach umbrellas were broken. Their home is also listed on another rental site, which seems like their main listing site, so I never got replies to my questions through the Vrbo chat. I had to research the property management company and reach out to them directly before I was put into contact with someone AFTER I had already booked the home. The kitchen was great, but there are no basics such as oil, salt and pepper, so if you plan on cooking at home, be prepared to have everything you need down to spices and PAM. The home was clean, but the linens could be replaced and there were lots of gnats. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.
