⭐Where you'll sleep:
Primary bedroom: King bed with an En suite bathroom, smart tv, ceiling fan, and spacious storage and closet
Guest bedroom: Queen bed with spacious closet, smart tv, and ceiling fan
***Additional sleeping option- pull out sofa bed in the living room
***All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

⭐The good stuff:
• Community Pool: Proximity is key! This is right outside your front door - steps away. Lounge chairs and cabanas, tables, and restrooms on site! Pool is seasonally heated March/April, October/November, and during Christmas - NYE break
• 6-seater golf cart: Easiest way to cruise around Prominence and get to the beach!
• Community grill: A quick walk over to the pool and you'll also have access to the grill and accompanying table.
• Complimentary beach gear: beach chairs, beach wagon, and portable beach ice chest

⭐And…where's the beach?
Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: (2 min drive, 5 min golf cart), 15 min walk) Closest to Prominence and most convienent. This access point also features parking, restrooms, dining pavilions with charcoal grills.

Gulf Lakes Beach Access / Seabreeze Beach Access: (7 min by bike) Best for bike rides to the beach east on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. No parking here- shower and bike rack available here.

Walton Dunes Beach Access: (10 min. golf cart ride) West on 30A from Prominence. One of our favorites! The access point features roadside parking and bike racks. Great for dropping off passengers and your gear before parking in the nearby lot.

Inlet Beach Regional Access: (15 min by car) Plenty of amenities! Features: ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

Several beach access points are available within 1 mile. You can park you golf cart and have toes in the sand within 3-5 mins. The Town of Prominence is located on HWY 30A between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach, next to WaterSound Beach. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center at The Big Chill, resort-style pools, and nearby walking trails of Deer Lake State Park. ''The Big Chill'' includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with a covered event pavilion, a cinema screen for movies, as well as a stage for concerts and events.The Prominence subdivision is a great spot for families. Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (Unit C) There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
