Welcome to the Sunflower , 2 Bed, 1 Bath, beautiful little home with fully fenced private yard.

Located in a nice, quiet Southern Sarasota area, near i75 and Rte. 41 providing easy access to shopping , dinning, great beaches ( Siesta Key Beach, Turtle Beach and Crescent Beach), golf courses and parks. Nearby is the Ringling Museum and Sarasota Square Mall.

This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house is situated on nice, quiet street and has fully fenced yard. The home has large open living/family with dinning area. The living room has slides with access to lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs and has large granite counter for breakfast & lunch. The 2 bedrooms are spacious , equipped with queen sized beds and double door closets. The large bathoom has been renovated and contains a standard shower/tub combo. The home also has an attached 1 car garage with 3 bikes and washer/dryer unit.

This home is pet friendly and non-smoking.

Cozy Retreat

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! Close to anything and everything. It was the perfect place to stay for my dad visiting my brother for the first time. Turtle Beach was our fav! We will be back to this cute, quaint home!

Great family getaway

The place and homey. We loved that it had nice umbrellas and beach toys and chair: We added a cooler to the collection. We also loved that it provided the necessity toiletries and er just restocked if we actually used things like laundry detergent.would stay there again. It was in a great location for the price.

Lovely little home away from home

We enjoyed the home, especially the screened in porch. Location is great…but…Warning! Siesta key beach can be up to an hour drive and then if you’re later than 10 am expect to pay60 to park. Venice beach is a short drive south and no problem to park and no bridges to cross.

Sarasota Get-A-Way for 2

Good clean property for a couple or couple with kid. Fenced yard was perfect for dogs although mostly walked them through the neighborhood streets. Screened porch in shade afternoons making it pleasant for outdoor relaxation. Quick access to Tamiami Trail Rt 41 so adventures north or south were easily started. We enjoyed our stay at this rental and price point was good.

Sarasota Winter Getaway

Wonderful little house in South Sarasota on a quiet street close to everything. This house was basic, not luxurious but was very clean and everything worked just fine. It provided a great place to stay in Sarasota. Not far from downtown and an easy location from which to head south to Venice. Would stay again without hesitation. The owner made the whole process super simple and smooth.

Wonderful little place

So close to everything shopping, resturant, short drive to Siesta Beach ( very beautiful). A very comfortable home. We didnt bring our dogs due to not knowing how well the fencing was but seemed very secure with privacy fence as we have 2 small dogs they would have been just fine. Very well supplied for beach, Kitchen, games and seating. It was only 2 of us but the only downfall i could think of is there is no TV in 1 bedroom. Otherwise a perfect stay for us

Great experience

We had a great experience staying here and would definitely come back again! The house was very clean and had all the supplies already there for us. It was only a five minute drive to the beach as advertised and all the local shops and restaurants. There was also beach accessories and swim towels at the house as well. I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay in Sarasota

We had a great time staying here—quiet neighborhood, we walked our dog in the evenings. Close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. The screened porch was very nice—great kitchen. Very comfortable beds, and the fenced yard was great for our dog!

Clean listing in a nice neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay, Siesta Key was close. The house was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Backyard fenced in and a nice size for our dog to run around. Screened in porch was cozy with comfy seating. Bikes and beach chair's. 5 star accommodations for our Christmas and new years vacation. Thank you Bob

It was just a two bedroom home nice for two people and it was a nice location close to the beaches

I would definitely come back to this area but if I come back in the summer months I would like to have a pool compared to no pool just for relaxation but for the beginners it was a beautiful state except for hurricane Ian cut my short by three days

Great Stay!

We had a great 11 day stay, the home was cozy, well appointed and it was great to have a washer and dryer. Home is pet friendly and worked great for our pug. Location was perfect for all of our adventures, we will defiantly book again! My only suggestion is that the mattresses need toppers, they could be a touch more comfy.

Nicely remodeled and fully furnished. Neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Lanai could use some nice furniture for relaxing and some locks on the screen and slider doors. Otherwise a very good rental property. Thanks.
