Close to all the beaches

We loved this property as it was very centralized and close to the beaches, many resturants and shops. It was beautiful and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect for us

While there are always a few things that could be fixed (as is the case in all our own homes), the house, location, and host were perfect for us. It offered everything we needed to be very comfortable and was the perfect locationf for our activities.

I would rent this place again

This place is very convenient. It has a lot of room including multiple beds and couches. very clean! It also has towels, chairs cooler and umbrella for the beach. It even has toys for little ones. The area is nice and quite close to stores and beaches.

Great place to spend a vacation

The place was clean, cozy, and within walking distance of many shopping and grocery stores. Siesta Key was a 15-minute drive away. The garage to keep the car away from the heat was another nice bonus. The host was very pleasant to deal with and responded to our requests/questions very quickly. We felt comfortable with the size of the home, even though our company included five people and a small dog. Overall, we had a great experience!

Melissa and Dennis have a beautiful home perfect for family vacations!! It’s in a perfect spot where it’s close to everything but you aren’t stuck in awful traffic!! Lots of different beaches to go to also!!

Great spot

This property was great - very clean and stocked with all of the amenities we needed. Loved the fenced in backyard. Very convenient to beaches and shopping area. The owners were incredibly responsive to any questions we had.

My family and I have stayed at the house 2 times now! We absolutely love it. It has everything we need, is super close to the beach and the host are great. They made sure we had everything we needed and the place was very clean.

Comfortable, clean, convenient.

My husband, 3 kids and I stayed here and loved it! Marisa and Dennis went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It had everything you would need for a great vacation. They put a lot of thought and care into this rental and we appreciated so much. It was very spacious and less than 15 minutes to Siesta Key. The neighborhood was very quiet, but also really close to restaurants and activities. We would absolutely stay here again!

The total package

Had everything we needed. Plenty of space, fenced yard for our dog, beach supplies, laundry, etc. Location was close to so many things. Owners were very helpful with any info we needed. We loved it....had a great time, and planning to come back.

Home away

The house was perfect for our family. The communication with the host was easy and they were very kind. The backyard is absolutely stunning at night. The house is fully stocked with sheets, blankets, towels, soaps/shampoos and first aide kit. The beds were perfect and comfortable. Very easy to get to the beach. We will be happily looking to stay again next year! Thank you for the amazing stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The renters were great at communication and delightful in person as well. We felt right at home, and there were no problems. Everything was clean. There was plenty of room. We never felt far from the beaches or other fun places to explore in Sarasota. This was a perfect home away from home for us this summer. We highly recommend it and hope to return for more adventures.

Highly recommend!

This villa was perfect for us. It's an easy ride to the beaches, we liked Lido beach the best. House has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, from beach chairs, toys, towels to a fully stocked kitchen. Owners live next door and they are very friendly when you see them, but we didn't see them often. This was our second stay at this villa and we were just as happy this time. We had our two small dogs with us and the fenced in yard was great. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was so nice for the dogs having the yard. Well lit at nighttime. Took the dogs to the dog beach near Venice. Walked them around Urfer Family Park. We walked the dogs around the neighborhood and it was very nice and quiet area. For us humans it was perfectly located to travel to see many sites. Venice, Punta Gorda, Siesta Key and Casey Key. We met Dennis the owner who lives right next door. Very convenient, very nice man. Thank you Dennis and Marissa so much for the opportunity to have a place to stay with our furry kids.

Clean! Cool! Inviting!

We were provided a 4-digit code of OUR choosing for keyless entry. (Very handy for larger groups.) We were surprised to find a lovely welcome gift on the table. Every room was exceptionally clean & tidy. The kitchen had all the accouterments one would need to cook any meal. The bedrooms had extra blankets & pillows. The beds were very comfortable. (This is HUGE! We are both wives of chiropractors & can vouch for the quality of the mattresses.) Towels were provided for bath AND beach. Beach chairs, pool noodles, sand pails, and toys were in the garage. We arrived the second week in May to 10 straight sunny days of 80- 90 degrees. Though it was warm, there was always a breeze outside. The AC worked very well and kept us cool inside. Marisa and Dennis were great hosts. Tho we had no problems, they responded promptly and were quite helpful when messaged. The neighborhood was very quiet, close to everything, & easily accessible to major thoroughfares. We attended the Ringling Art Museum (FREE ADMISSION to the Art building & Glass Gallery on Mon.) The beaches we visited were Siesta Key, Crescent, Venice, Manasota, & Lido, which were between 18 mins to 30 mins away with FREE Parking. The pool, 1/2 mile away, is clean & refreshing.Those in attendance were respectful of others.We highly recommend "Get to the Beach" house & will stay again in a heartbeat! Kim M. & Holly B.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

My mother, cousin, and I stayed here for a short vacation. It was in a perfect location; near the beach, shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing. This rental is well stocked with necessities including beach chairs and umbrella! Beds were comfortable and towels were soft! The garage was nice to keep our car in! The owners were awesome and quick to respond. Only thing wrong was we could not stay longer. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!

Delightful accommodations

The house was spacious, clean and very well supplied. Location was great with easy access to both Siesta Key beach and Lido Beach. The beach chairs provided were great. Lots of good restaurants and shopping close by. Dunkin Donuts just around the corner for quick easy coffee. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. This house was very well supplied and had everything you need. Hoping that next time we are in the area that this place will be available for a longer stay!

We have picked this property for the close proximity to the most beautiful beach, the active and vibrant downtown and the large choices for shopping and eateries.
