¡Bienvenido a Phoenix II en la maravillosa Orange Beach, Alabama! Este condominio es hermoso y bien equipado para que disfrute de las vacaciones de playa de sus sueños. El complejo es impresionante ya que las propiedades de Phoenix ofrecen lo mejor de lo mejor. Desde las instalaciones de entrenamiento hasta las impresionantes piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, hay algo para todos. The room had an awful smell of urine and we had to clean the sheets on bed before we could sleep. It definitely needs a remodel. Will never rent from Poole and associates never again.

Neither tub cold faucet worked. They spun and one came off in my hand and for maintenance too.Took 24 hours for maintenance to respond. Thermostat wouldn't stay at set temperature. Three of balcony stools were broken. One of light switches had tape over part of it, so fan and lights couldn't be operated independently. Hallway tub had many surface cracks in it and when standing in it, bottom felt squishy, unsafe. Very dusty bath fans and sprinklers. Lighting seemed insufficient for condo. Balcony screen was ripped. Other concerns mostly estheticOverall, very disappointing. Best part of condo: the view. Beware of staying here.

Location was great, views were spectacular. Unit is moldy and VERY outdated for the money spent. Even the kitchen cabinets smell of mold/mildew. Lots of things were broken. Lamp in front bedroom, one of the patio chairs, knobs in front bathroom come off, toilet in front bathroom is loose. Both bathtubs have cracks or low spots making you feel unstable while in the shower. Needs updating and a deep clean.

Convenient and comfortable

A clean apartment with nice amenities, but jus a little dated and needs to be painted. The bathroom fans are noisy and you can't turn them off when the light is on. The exhaust fans didn't seem to work very well. The toaster also did not work. The apartment has a very nice large balcony with a great view. I would stay here again. There is a fee for parking which was not disclosed up front when making the reservation.

Moldy unit

Awful place unless u like filth & mold the smell was the first red flag hits u hard mold & mildew. Bathrooms awful shower curtains molded,shower rods & bar rusted. Bathroom table rusted shower tub sinks into the floor with you. Floors dirty turned socks black, dirty ceilings around the fans whole place is old & dirty needs an upgrade badly. No compensation from owner or offered by rental agent knobs fall off hot & cold water just over all very unsatisfactory with the unit period unless u like nasty then this is not for you!

Outdated for the money spent

Furniture old and dirty, handle. In shower fell off day one. Bring lots of blankets to cover furniture and beds if planning on lounging.Beach view was beautiful from balcony but screen was torn from sliding door. Sliding door from master overlooking beach does not open.Just needs TLC update. Uncomfortable furniture

Great View,

The view from the Condo was great. It felt semi-homey. It was clean but a few things should get more attention. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've slept in and gave my back issues. I don't expect a Tempur-Pedic like I have at home but it felt like I was sleeping on a $100 mattress. The dishes were basic and pieced together, not even uniform in their look. The toilet paper provided was single ply John Wayne grit paper. The master bathroom shower would drain very very slow. By the time we would finish a shower, we would be standing in a couple inches of dirty water. On the plus side, the shower head had amazing pressure.

This place is a no go during the summer

The condo had a musty smell the whole time we were there. The A/C is on motion sensor so if you are asleep at night it will revert back to 75 degrees. It will also revert back if the front and rear door is left open. The pillows were nasty. The screen doors screen was broken but you couldn’t use it because of the sensor. You can’t smoke or hang towels from balcony. There is no one at the front desk you have to go to the buildings on either side. You have to pay for parking. $55 dollars to park for a few days.

Mold everywhere

We have stayed in OB for the last 15 years on the 4th and have never stayed in a place so disgusting. Upon arriving at the condo there was an inch of dust on everything. We called housekeeping and they came the next morning and dusted and vacuumed but the entire condo needed a deep Clean but they did the bare minimum and left us with the furniture in the living room being dirty and had mold on the cloth chairs. There was mold all over the decorative pillows along with stains from water, and God knows what else the cloth shower curtain was full of mold, and the entire place smelt like musty old wood. We didn’t even want to use any of the dishes because as soon as you open the cabinets, it stunk like wet wood. My youngest child has asthma and it was acting up so bad we tried to find another place to stay but being the 4th of July everyone was booked. The rental company did nothing to accommodate this situation and pretty much said so sorry.

Not clean/smelly

Check in was easy. Had difficulty finding our condo due to it not having a number on the door. When entering we were greated with a musty/moldy smell. There was also an orange violation paper from thr city on the table. The furniture was dirty with stains on chairs and pillows. We didn't even want to sit on them. The ceiling in the dinning room was peeling. Lape shades had stains and looked like mold growing on the inside. Shower curtains in both bathrooms had mold/mildew on them including the cloth one. Tradh eas found under one ofnthe beds and a random pill was in one of the dresser drawers. Trash can looks like its seen better days. I did contact the property and was told maintenance would come change the shower curtain. No one ever came. I had many exchanged emails with the property and got nothing resolved, but said they would send to the manager and I would be contacted the following monday. Note: that I did contact the property before hand about other negative reviews about this condo and was assured that all had been addressed and taken care of.

Condo looks good but smells

The condo was as pictured as best as possible but had HORRIBLE mold smell. It makes me worried what my family may have been exposed too. The spare couch pillow was moldy and the couch smells of mold so bad we couldn’t us it, Appears clean but was not truly clean food under couch and hair throughout.

Girls Trip

Location is great. The condo needs a thorough cleaning ! Dusting the living room would also help. The furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced, it is very dirty and stained. The condo has a bad smell that is very strong!! The kitchen could use a better variety of cooking pots/pans and new cooking utensils as some of them are missing handles. A few of the glasses from the cabinet looked as though they had not been washed properly. I was disappointed in the condition of the condo, but the view was great.

Summer Beach Trip

We had a great time, but were disappointed the welcome packet was not in the room and the microwave was broken. Maintenance did come by and said a new one would need to be ordered. Other than that we had everything we needed.

Needs Major Updating
