Overall the property was as described. The only issue we had was the water taking so long to get hot and slow draining in the tub. Customer service was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

The unit was older than it seemed and on the last two days of our stay the air quit cooling and only one elevator worked on the property.

Short getaway

Our stay was amazing. The descriptions are accurate. The only complaint was the absurd noise the elevator makes. So the good news is the room is right there when you get off the elevator. The bad news is you are close elevator. One of the owners told us the elevator is being replaced this fall. We would book again next year.

Beautiful View & Close to the Beach

This room is on the 12th floor, and no one told us. We spent a little while trying to figure out which floor we were on. It was clean, but a little outdated and in need of some repairs. The building was fairly quiet, and we felt safe. Very close to several places to eat, and we had pizza delivered one night. We simply wanted to spend time on the beach, and that’s what we did! We came to the room for lunch everyday, and to sleep at night. It was perfect for that! Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and easy to talk to!

Construction Noise!!

Booked condo with no notice of ongoing construction noise. Jackhammering all day long. Left 2 nights early with no refund or credit offered. Notified property manager of broken faucet upon arrival and no action to repair. Very disappointed with this rental.

Unit review

Overall not terrible if you plan on not being in the room/using the balcony for any considerable amount of time. Pricey for what you get for this unit. VERY rusty patio furniture to accompany the rusted outlet that is dangling from the wall of the patio. Part of the ceiling is flaking off above the patio window inside of the unit. Coffee maker would turn on, but not brew coffee. Unit definitely needs attention…

condo review

The rental listing did not make clear the building only had one elevator working at the time of our stay and we could hear the elevator running day and night in our room. The rental listing did not make clear the unit we were staying in was for sale and could be shown by realtors. A realtor tried to show our unit without any notification to us, I was in the shower and my wife asleep when the realtor knocked on the front door and would have come in if my wife didn't answer the door.

Honest opinion

Great location and great view! 12th floor. Couches were stained brown as were the outdoor cushions very dirty. Mold in bathroom/shower area. Ice maker quit working day one not repaired. Neighbors smoking weed a lot. Ceiling peeling , no real drinking glasses, no wine glasses, and the dresser drawers do not have a track so they can fall out on your feet. The bottom of the curtains were hideously dirty, rusted chairs , scratched tables. Never again at that place. No attention to detail. Rusted fridge and very old appliances.

The location is excellent. The direct access to the beach was the best part. The condo was nice but there are a couple of issues. The foldout couch sleeper is very uncomfortable. This needs to be replaced as there are springs missing and other supports missing. The shower curtain rod needs replaced as well. It kept falling down. The rest of the condo was nice and comfortable. I was a little surprised there were no spices or laundry/dishwasher detergent there. Most places we have stayed at before have had a few of these left from prior guests. The absolute worst part was when we got on the elevator and it broke down. It fell half a floor scaring us to death and we had to wait for the fire department to get us out. The beach was awesome and for the most part the property is nice.

Gorgeous view! Very cute condo.

Very cute place! Nice and updated. Perfect location. We loved our stay and would definitely rent again! Only a few issues- No rugs which I think is a Brett Robinson rule but tough in a sandy environment. A weird humming sound that happened for a few seconds every couple minutes. We had a noise machine at night so not a huge deal. One big issue we had was our 11 year old was in the condo by himself and someone was banging on the door and ringing the doorbell repeatedly. Our son was terrified and hiding in the kitchen. The man let himself in and then when he saw my son he said he was maintenance and said "I'm not supposed to do this" and then changed the filter in the furnace. My husband called the building management and found out that if someone under 18 is in the condo they are supposed to leave immediately. They apologized and said they would take care of it.

The cold water knob in the shower was broke and made it impossible to regulate the water temperature and we had two small children with us. There are also no blankets on the beds and there are only sheets provided. Not a great experience and would not recommend or return next year. Will be going back to previous condominium resort.
