Have fun with the whole family at this stylish retreat only a couple miles from the beach. Hop into the clear blue pool after a fun filled day at the beach. Enjoy BBQ and games. Short trip to beaches, wonderful restaurants, parks, splash pad, ice cream and shops in downtown Venice. Have fun finding shark teeth at the numerous beaches we offer in the shark tooth capital of the world.
This is a highly sought after area with the beautiful ocean so close. Time to relax and make beautiful memories!
For security purposes we do have security cameras on front and back of the house

Loved the beautiful house so close to beach and many enjoyable restaurants. The hosts were extremely receptive to any requests made. The pool was also a nice bonus. Would love to return.

This was a great place for our family to stay in Venice. It was clean & spacious. The decor was pretty & practical for small children. The host was very responsive. We had 4 adults and 2 small children so it was especially nice to have 2 full baths. The kitchen had all the essential pots, pans, etc for

Lisa, our host, was outstanding. She answered every one of our questions within minutes to our satisfaction. The house, which was on the smaller side, was clean and well equipped. Extras included blueberry muffins provided by Lisa on our arrival, puzzles, games, shark teeth rakes, corn hole, beach towels, pool toys, and a cooler for picnics. The heated pool was especially nice.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our group of 5, with plenty of space and a wonderful pool. It’s only 6 minutes from Manasota Key Beach where we found so many shark teeth! The host was amazing and so communicative whenever we had a question, such a smooth experience!

We love visiting Venice! There's several beaches nearby to pick from, Manasota being just a few minutes away from this property. Plenty of food options, Walmart, and retail shopping within minutes. Everything about this house was perfect and the owners are incredibly nice and thoughtful! 10/10

Family fun in Venice!

Great location. Easy access to beach by bike or car. Property was very nice and pool was a lot of fun! Kids really enjoyed having a private pool after going to the beach. Lisa is an excellent host and made us feel very welcomed. She was also easy to reach and very responsive when needed.

Lisa was a great host. She was very responsive and made sure our stay was pleasant. The location is good because you have access to many different beaches that are not that far of a drive. Manasota beach was the closest, and we were able to find some shark teeth. The house and the pool were clean and in excellent shape. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family. Thanks Lisa.

Pool house

Big enough for six people with room for a seventh had four family members the second week and three family members the third week with just my wife and I the first and last week. We enjoyed the pool many times some days twice a day. It's close to beaches shopping and restaurants so everyone had what they needed

Everything you need

We enjoyed our vacation spent at this house very much. It’s in a convenient location with just a short drive to Venice and Manasota beaches. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic but also conveniently located within minutes of gas, groceries, shopping, etc. The house was clean and the furnishings are clean and comfortable. The pool was an added bonus!

Perfect Vacation Home

Gorgeous, updated house was perfect for myself, and 3 other family members for our 3 day stay. It is SUPER clean, comfy mattresses and showers to die for! The pool was perfect and meticulously clean, along with the perfect water temperature. Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with and super nice and understanding (as I accidentally knocked over a lamp). I would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Beautiful home, well maintained, attentive owners.

Modern updated 3 bedroom rental, great layout, super clean. Beautiful property, just bring you clothes everything else was supplied. Including a very nice hand written note welcoming us and nice gift snack basket. Even had beach chairs, 12 minutes to the closest beach- had tons of fun hunting for Sharks teeth! This is a high end rental in a very quiet neighborhood- was nice to see a Venice police officer that also lived in the subdivision.

Great getaway

Lovely property. Went with my daughter & 10 y/o granddaughter. My Grand loved the pool. House is within reasonable distance to the beaches, shopping & restaurants. We had a lovely stay. Our hosts were very responsive & communicated everything accurately. P.s. my grand loved the bunkbeds as much as the pool!

Mold in the fridge and washing machine. The host didn't even seem to think it was a big issue and came over to deep clean during our stay instead of having proper maintenance done before. Remodeled small house with a pool but I wouldn't return or recommend another stay.
