Asegurar la propiedad de paredes con su privacidad en mente. Propiedad con exuberantes jardines, árboles frutales y flores. El diseño interior fue hecho profesionalmente, con colores tropicales, obras de arte local, y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. artesanía en madera de caoba, ventiladores de techo cómodas camas, todo, desde los colchones, la ropa de cama y toallas ... Nice could of been better

My only few issues weren’t never too major when I got there the electric was off so I had to wait for Maintance to come back and turn it on and then I realized there was no water running within an hour they had it on other than that the place was nice, it was accurate to description They came and cleaned and keep it maintained

Great location beautiful house.

This locations gives you everything you needs beautiful house and grounds pool beautiful ocean views. Close to town and beach . Eddie who made sure we had any everything we needed made the experience that much greater. This my second time staying there I will plan to stay there in the future.

This was a great experience house was clean provided everything we needed provided transportation pick up from airport very close to town and activities. Juan was great he made sure we had everything we needed he was the best. I went with 3 of my friends i would recommend this place 100% for a group. Thanks Vicky. We will be staying there again on our next visit..

Overall pleasant stay

Vickie was very accommodating. Reaching out soon as the property was booked. Helping where ever she could. The villa was nice. Any issues i had was addressed with vickie personally. Jose and staff were also very friendly.

Our Stay

Our group consisted of 4 adults and two 13 yo's and we stayed at this villa the week leading up to Christmas. Pros: House was large and beautiful Small beach with in few minute walk from the house Highend neighborhood Tennis club 1 block away Couple of hotels with restaurants (one has active bar) with in walking distance town is an easy 15 minute walk from the villa. Pool for cooling off On site guard dog who is a super gentle yet very aware. Cons: While the house was beautiful it needed a deeper level of cleaning. Dishwasher wasn't working during our stay so we had to hand wash for the week. Compared to how nice the house is, some of the furniture is fairly weathered and worn out. No dvd's, games, inside entertainment for bad weather days. a ping pong table would go great in the garage. While i didn't experience it, i was told the pool had too much chlorine. Vickie and her team were VERY easy and great to deal with. Jose Luis, the property mgr is a sold guy who can make a suggestion for about anything you want. He got us some fresh mahi-mahi which was awesome. We even met him out one night to shoot pool. He's a real asset for first timers to DR. I would recommend this to adults. The town of Sosua isn't very kid friendly (IMO) and the lack of entertainment at the house left us a little bored when it rained and unfortunately it did daily during our stay. it didn't ruin the trip by any means, I just think adults will have an easier time being entertained at this villa.

Convenient location, very safe and clean

My stay here was absolutely fantastic, Joseh and Jackie were very cool and great host. I loved Rocco the most friendliest dog I've ever seen, he was great with kids. I will defiantly be staying here again. Overall great experience 👍🏽 I will defiantly recommend to friends.

Excellent Rental For an Affordable price!

Some of my friends and I were visiting DR and decided to stay at Vickie's house. The house is located in a safe quite neighborhood, there is an on premise security guard as well as a dog (Rocco who is simply the coolest dog in DR). Our stay was perfect in terms of maintenance and upkeep of the property. Vickie was excellent in communicating and answering all of our questions so we thank her. The only real issue were, there are 2 Full bathrooms and only 1 of the shower was working, I did speak with the owner and she is getting that resolved. Hope to stay with you again, Thanks!

Wonderful family vacation

I recently stayed at this villa it was wonderful, we felt so safe and just loved the guard dog Polo he is amazing dog great with children, he was a added bonus, the kitchen was awesome we loved the big table that sat 8 people so we could all have meals together, Vickie the owner was great, and the property manager Jose Luis was so good to us , always checking to see if we were ok or needed anything, it was such a nice surprise to arrive with fresh fruit, laundry soap, sugar, coffee ect really made us feel welcome, I plan to go back in Sept for two weeks, and I will be in contact with Vickie to book one of her other properties because this time I wont need as big of a place, you wont be disappointed in any of her properties, Great place to call home away from home .

Great Vacation!

This villa is great. I went with a couple of buddies and we had a blast! First of all, getting to the location was not a problem because the manager had arranged for pickup from the airport. The house was very clean and very luxurious. We felt safe. The property is in a great location just minutes walking to the beach. We decided to rent a car, very inexpensive and easy to drive to neighboring towns, Cabarete and Puerto Plata. Bernardo , the grounds keeper, was very cool and helped guide us. We will definitely visit again soon. This villa was perfect. Exactly how it looks in the photos, but better! Luxury at its best for a great price!

Perfect little paradise!!

This villa very much had the feeling of home when we first walked through the beautiful front door!! So much space for our sons to play in. The sunroom was perfect for reading books, watching the kids swim and catching a little nap! Paulo at first intimidated us but as we got used to him and him to us we very quickly became friends! The staff at the house is indescribable... Hard working, good friends, helpful, caring and so dedicated to our family!! Bit of a walk to Sosua from here but the taxis were very accommodating and would come and get us whenever we would call and be very prompt! We loved it here and the privacy that it offered our busy family! Would love to visit again!! Thanks once again!!

AWESOME VILLA

I RECENTLY STAYED AT THE VILLA FOR TWO WEEKS. I FOUND THE PROPERTY JUST AS ADVERTISED AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL . TATO THE HOUSE SECURITY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HE PREPARED AN AWESOME MEAL FOR US. I PLAN TO STAY AT THE VILLA ON MY NEXT VISIT AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS VILLA.

This is an area of multimillion dollar homes. Very effluent neighbors, safe and secure neighborhood. Close distance to Sosua and Cabarete, and Championship Golf Courses. Near the soon to open renovated Casino.

Every bedroom has a balcony from which you can see and hear the incredible ocean and hear the pounding waves. Short walk to beach. Very private location, walled in and guest friendly. It's actually cliff side,so you can't swim there, just up the road in beaches.Flowered garden, BBQ Grill. Private pool.
