Beautiful Sosua Beach House
Enjoy this spacious house located in the very desirable Sousa Beach neighborhood. Enjoy the refreshing pool or beautiful ocean. Gaze upon the ocean & mountain views from the main second floor terrace or the third floor tiki. A grocery store is just a few minutes walk from the house. Restaurants & Bars are across the street on Sousa Beach or in downtown Sousa, a 5 minute walk. Enjoy Fishing, Diving, Kiteboarding, Waterfalls, Ziplining, or Simply Relaxing...then this is your Vacation Destination.
The space
This unique property is surrounded by a privacy wall with electronic gate access. The garden & pool area is lush with palms, orchids, or many other tropical plants. The indoor/outdoor living space is cozy but spacious. The bedrooms are huge. You can grill on a large propane grill on the 2nd floor terrace or down by the pool.
Guest access
You have exclusive use of the pool area, the entire 2nd floor unit (3 bedrooms/3bathrooms) and 3rd floor tiki, which is shown in the photos. There is a laundry room on the 1st floor with access from the side driveway. Guests will NOT have access to the downstairs unit being renovated (however, NO renovations occur while guests are staying on the property). Guests will not have access to the storage room or equipment room.
Other things to note
The government's power supply is fairly reliable. However, the property does have battery and generator backup power supply, which powers most of the house during any short-term outage.
NO illegal drug use on the property or other illegal activities.

I came down to the North Coast in 2022 and fell in love with the area and bought our retirement /vacation home. However we can not retire yet. So in the meantime I am renting to other vacationers so we can renovate the 1st floor owner's suite. No one else stays on the property during your stay and no construction/renovations are done while the home is rented. We are only renting the already renovated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Penthouse Suite. There are external stairs to the Penthouse.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Location, location, location. There is a grocery store around the corner. The beach, Playa Sosua, is a 2 minute walk. The main dining and nightlife area is a few blocks aways about a 5-7 minute walk. And the POP airport is a 10 minute drive.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The home is very private and secure with 2 motorized driveway gates and 1 self locking pedestrian walk-thru gate. The landscaping is beautiful with mature tropical plants and tiled pool. Plenty of space inside and out. We also have exterior security camers. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a safe in the closet. The 3rd bedroom closet is currently an owner's closet until the lower suite is completed.
