Entire Villa with Gorgeous Bay Views and 5 minute Walk to the Beach
Beach Cove Bliss is your 5BR/4BA, bay-view villa in Bethany Beach built for good times with the whole crew (sleeps 16!). Spread out in 2,700 sq ft, then step onto one of six private decks for golden-hour sunsets. Stroll 5 minutes to the uncrowded, pet-friendly beach—no tags, no worries—or launch adventures from the private fishing pier, community pool, canoe/kayak, and 4 adult bikes.
Inside: a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with new stainless, granite, and generous seating; two living areas with Smart TVs (Bose surround in the great room); fast Wi-Fi; games and puzzles; and Smart TVs in every bedroom.
We’ve thought of the little ones (high chair, booster, Pack ’n Play) and the details (beach chairs/wagons/umbrellas/boogie boards, outdoor shower, gas grill, washer/dryer, extra ice machine, robust 2-zone HVAC, and parking for 4).
Prime location in North Bethany -walk to Delaware Seashore State Park, and minutes to the boardwalk, dining, and shops—plus easy hops to Rehoboth, Dewey, Fenwick & Lewes Ferry Terminal.

Linens: As is typical for weekly rentals in Bethany Beach, we do not supply sheets or towels. Most guests prefer to bring their own linens, because it lowers the cost of their nightly fees. However, I’m happy to arrange a trusted local linen services that can deliver everything right to the house for your arrival. Let me know if you’d like that — for a fair additional linens' fee, I can make it happen and make things super easy!
Stairs: Our home spans four stories and does not have an elevator, so if anyone in your group has limited mobility, please keep this in mind to ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.

I grew up in Annapolis, MD. and always looked forward to summer vacations at the Delaware beaches. Bethany and Rehoboth always felt less crazy and had a more serene, relaxed family-oriented vibe, than most other shore towns. To this day that has not changed.
My family lives outside of Philly now, and that fondness for Bethany, eventually inspired us to buy the Beach Cove Bliss villa in the Fall of 2024—together with our daughter, son-in-law, and another couple who have been long-time friends. We can’t get down here as often as we’d like, so we decided to share it with others who appreciate the same peaceful escape that drew us here in the first place.
Our first guests who rented our home this past summer of 2025, loved the house and area just as much as we do, and we received many raving reviews about their stay!

Beach Cove is a small inlet off Assawoman Bay just around the the corner from the Indian River Inlet. The views over the bay are serene and calming. You'll see heron's and egrets perched in the marsh as small ripples of waves push across the water. You really forget about the real world for a hot moment. That's what a getaway is all about. That is why we call the home Beach Cove Bliss!
The location is really ideal because you are located a stone's throw away from Indian River Inlet with great fishing. Dewey Beach and Rehoboth are 10 minutes north and Bethany's boardwalk is 10 minutes south. And if you just want to chill, you can just park your car for a few days in front of our Villa and just walk to a secluded beach right across the road with no crowds, no hassles , and great waves!

Beach Cove Bliss is the best of best of both worlds. On the water bay views, with quick access to the ocean beach. A great alternative to a ocean front property that costs a fortune and can't house a large group of guests.
