The outdoor oasis is the crown jewel of this property!
* It features a private heated pool, which is heated to at least 80 degrees from March 1st through January 7th at no additional charge. Pool heating is available in January and February upon request for a fee of $400 per reservation. We require at least 2 days’ advance notice to heat the pool during January or February.

* The roads leading to this property are all paved, 2 lane roads with no steep inclines nor sharp turns.
* Trailer parking is allowed at this driveway and the driveway is mostly flat with plenty of space for a large trailer for car shows, motorcycles, RV's and more.

* Your pets will be furever thankful to join you on your vacation! We provide 1 dog crate, food and water bowls and a basket of doggie toys for them.

Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
* We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.
