Each bedroom is designed for comfort with quality linens. The private pool offers refreshing swims with a lake backdrop. The dock provides direct lake access for fishing, kayaking, and enjoying the water. A dedicated desk area is available for remote work.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, private pool, dock, and all amenities. Self check-in via smart lock ensures easy arrival. A detailed welcome guide with fishing tips, local restaurant recommendations, and lake activity information is provided.

Getting Around:

Lake Placid is located in Highlands County in central-south Florida. Orlando is approximately 2 hours north, and the Gulf Coast beaches are about 1.5 hours west. Local grocery stores, restaurants, and essentials are within a 10-minute drive in downtown Lake Placid. Free parking for multiple vehicles. We recommend having a car for exploring the area. The nearest major airport is Orlando International (MCO), approximately 2 hours away.



Other Things to Note:

The pool is heated. The dock and lake access are for guest enjoyment — please exercise caution, especially with children. Life jackets are recommended for water activities. No parties or events. No smoking inside. This is a peaceful lakefront community — please be respectful of neighbors.
