Fully refurbished and upgraded, classic farmhouse with plenty of room. 3 nice size bedrooms, and with 3 bathrooms, you should all have plenty of space to get ready. Beautiful views across the road to Dolly pond, and your friendly neighbors, 3 water buffalo?!? All this within 30 minutes of downtown Chattanooga.
The space
This is a nicely updated single level home with full kitchen, dinning room, living room, 3 bedrooms with Queen bed in each. 2 of the bedrooms have attached 3/4 baths. The main bath has a bathtub. There is a laundry area at the back of the house with room to set up the addition air bed (when requested at booking). There is a fireplace in this backroom that is not functional and blocked off. Please do not try to use it. If there are small children in your group, we do have a nice pack and play available.please request this at booking if needed.)

The only off limit area of the house is the fireplace and locked black supply cabinet, for the cleaners.***if additional guest show up, additional person and cleaning fees will be added. If gatherings are held at the property without prior approval, a $100 or more additional cleaning fee will be added.
