This serene and peaceful home on Rogers Lake is the ultimate getaway for a family seeking relaxation and outdoor adventures.
The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a comfortable living room with multiple outdoor seating areas. We feature one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The first floor bedroom has direct access to outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Walk across the street to the boat launch and enjoy all that Rogers Lake has to offer.
The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood, providing a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, or swimming in the calm waters of Rogers Lake. Or explore the surrounding area with nearby hiking trails, golf courses, and charming local shops and restaurants.
When using provided kayaks, the operators MUST wear a life vest (some sizes provided). Children MUST be properly supervised by a responsible person - this is a high-risk activity, and all personal injury risk is assumed by the guest during use.
Kayaks and life vests are provided; however, motorized equipment, including boats and jet skis, is excluded.
Liability Waiver:
Guests acknowledge that swimming and the use of canoes, kayaks, and any body of water on the property (including any lake or stream) are undertaken at their own risk. Guests understand that inherent and unique risks are associated with these activities and natural water environments. These bodies of water are unsupervised, and no lifeguard is on duty.
Guests accept full responsibility for any bodily injury resulting from swimming or the use of any body of water, kayaks, and canoes and hereby release the host and owner from any liability. Guests understand the potential dangers associated with these activities, particularly for unsupervised children, individuals with pre-existing health conditions, those under the influence of intoxicants or medications, or pregnant individuals. Any person using a body of water on the property assumes all risk and there is no fault to the owner or host.
Guests agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents incurred. Guests understand and assume all risks and responsibility for themselves and their entire party. Guests waive any claim against the host and owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using any body of water, kayaks, canoes, or water floats. All Guests acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests, Host, and Property Owner.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs.
There will be a $50 charge for every 30 minutes past checkout time if not pre-approved by the host. Our cleaning staff will arrive shortly after the scheduled check-out time.
LOCAL RESERVATIONS:
Reservations from guests within their city of residence are not allowed. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy.
NO SMOKING OR DRUGS:
Smoking/vaping, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on porches and in shared spaces. Violations of the smoking policy will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION:
Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
NO COMMERCIAL USE:
Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.
GUEST LIMITS:
The number of overnight guests shall not exceed the number specified in the reservation. We are legally required to report the total guest count to the state for tax filing purposes, and any changes must be formally incorporated into the reservation details. Furthermore, we are obliged to adhere to space occupancy limits, and our restrictions are established to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws.
It is important to note that only the guests explicitly listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior authorization has been obtained.
FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN:
Guests traveling with families are welcome. To ensure the safest and most comfortable experience, the maximum occupancy is 6 individuals, inclusive of children over two years of age. Kindly note that the premises are not child-proofed, and child locks, gates, and monitors are not provided.
A pack-n-play travel crib, accompanied by sheets and mattress protectors, is available for guest use, typically found in the closet. If any of these items have been utilized during the stay, please leave them visible upon checkout to facilitate sanitation.
PET POLICY:
This property maintains a strict no-pet policy based on owner allergies.
SEPARATE REGULATIONS GOVERN SERVICE ANIMALS:
Guests intending to reside with a service animal are required to provide advance notice prior to booking so that the relevant service animal regulations can be furnished separately.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM daily.
AMENITIES:
We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests.
CONSUMABLE AMENITIES:
Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and coffee/tea are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
INTERNET SERVICE:
Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support. No refunds are issued for internet service problems.
PARKING:
Parking is always at your own risk and if ever street parking => Always park in the direction of traffic and be mindful of fire hydrants and designated no-parking zones that are not part of this rental.
SECURITY:
Please lock up behind yourself including the windows. The front door may auto lock after several minutes provided it is fully closed and an audible noise will be heard during the auto lock process.
Cameras are located outdoors in parking and arrival areas only.
We contract with a 3rd party monitoring company for monitoring critical safety systems. Do not tamper with, remove, deactivate or otherwise alter any smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, temperature monitoring devices or exterior security cameras.
EXTENDED STAYS:
For extended stays, refuse disposal is facilitated by designated trash receptacles located at the parking area exit. Residents may be requested to assist in repositioning receptacles for collection, or alternatively, personnel will relocate them as required by the specific location.
During the summer season, grounds maintenance may be conducted by personnel during standard business hours. In the winter months, snow removal services are provided. Residents may be requested to reposition vehicles as necessary to facilitate snow clearing operations.
AGREEMENT TO HOUSE RULES:
Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will
result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses
