The charming upstairs master suite has a full bathroom and king bed, while the downstairs hosts two (2) additional bedrooms. Cozy up in the backyard by the fire pit, or adventure right across the street to the Saybrook Point Resort and Marina. Whether you are docking for the weekend or attending an event, you are just steps away. Ideal for 4 people, but can fit up to 6.

Wedding weekend fun

We stayed at this property while we were in town for our wedding. Great location close to restaurants and attractions. Beautiful home with comfortable beds.

Cute little cottage in a great location. Well set up for my wife and I and our two pups who enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Only complaint is that the parking was a little weird. The neighbors I suspect are being purposefully difficult and parking their cars in such a manner that it makes it difficult for the tenant of this property to back up and leave.

Great location

This property is great if you are attending an event at the hotel nearby. It was clean and convenient, but could use some upgrades like a dishwasher etc.

Lovely Cottage

Lovely little cottage in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Once you find it down the little lane, it's a great location to be in. Not far from town and close to the water, we really enjoyed relaxing at the house and in the backyard. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage; excellent location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage is beautifully decorated and very conveniently located for exploring Old Saybrook. We enjoyed the use of the bikes and firepit and greatly appreciated the wonderful restaurant recommendations provided by the owners. We look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful

Cove St Cottage is a lovely place. It was fresh, clean ,and comfortable for all of us. It has everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan on coming back in the future.

Wedding week

We had a great stay and enjoyed the location, very close to our daughters wedding at the Inn. The house was clean and nicely decorated. No complaints at all. Loved the fenced yard for the dog. Would definitely stay again!

Grammie’s Great Adventure

Clean, uncluttered, fenced yard, close to beach, great neighborhood for walking, quiet, everything we needed. Totally forgot how much work it is taking a 5 month old (and a 5 year old) to the beach; so great that Harvey’s Beach is less than 10 mins away. Perfect 5 day getaway for my daughter, grandchildren and me!

Lovely home , great location

Our stay at this beautiful home was perfect. Everything we needed was at our disposal . The house was clean and comfortable , the yard was private and so very peaceful and we could walk or bike to dinner . Each morning we took a walk across the causeway which was so beautiful and enjoyed golfing at Fenwick.. We look forward to a return trip.

We had a wedding at the Saybrook Inn and decided to stay here for 3 nights. What a fantastic home, very cute, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it strongly, it’s pretty much a no-brainer everything you need is within the home, including a nice weber grill outside. I really don’t know what more you can ask for.

Cove Cottage #1 Fan!!!

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend to reunite (finally!) with extended family. This home was warm, cozy, beautifully decorated, and exceeded all my expectations! The energy was inviting and comfortable, the space was immaculate, and frankly I didn’t want to leave :-) Highly recommend *****

Lovely Get-Away

I was in the area for my niece's college graduation at Wesleyan University and loved the chance to explore this beautiful part of the country. Being so close to the water in Old Saybrook was amazing, and the house itself was both fresh and cozy. The hosts were very responsive, and the only issue (which they acknowledged in advance) was that a portion of the fence was missing, due to a recent storm. That said, they were up front and apologetic, knowing that I'd booked because my dogs were along. Overall, it was a darling place with nice amenities.

Family wedding weekend.

Perfect location for event at nearby Saybrook Point Resort and Marina. Only issue was the absence of the fact in the homeowner's online description that the entire King ensuite is open and exposed to the downstairs gathering space, and front door entrance. Not exactly what we expected.

Perfect in every way!

We loved everything about this cottage. It was a great location. Walking distance to the marina, restaurants, the causeway and a park that our dog loved. The neighbors were very friendly and it was peaceful and quiet. The inside of the cottage was beautifully furnished and the master suite upstairs was large with a very comfortable bed. There was even a choice of dogs beds for Benny to chose from :) The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more. The fenced in backyard was a perfect place to relax and read a book. Already looking forward to returning!!

Amazing CT Shore Visit

My husband and I (and out two dogs) LOVED our stay at Cove Cottage. The small yard was great for both the dogs and we loved the grill! The inside was super cozy and the kind bed very comfortable. The bathrooms were both modern and beautifully organized. I cook nearly every evening in the well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed daily walks to the marina and the the Saybrook Point Inn where we had a nice lunch everyday. The walking and biking in this area is fantastic and the area VERY pet friendly. Our stay could not have been better. Cove Cottage is steps away from the marina but tucked away off the road for a peaceful and quiet getaway.

Jim and I (Ali) love this as our own getaway-- its cozy, cute, and has great energy. We are avid adventurers. We took on, perhaps, the biggest adventure of our lives when we combined our families in June of 2021. Now a family of 7 (9 if you count the cat and pup!), we try our best to make room in the chaos for some good old fashion quality time and exploration. We're lucky that Connecticut has so much to offer right in our own backyard.

Between our day jobs, raising our family and selling houses, we can usually be found boating, scoping out a local brewery, working out or relaxing on the shoreline.

We live here in Connecticut and we love our community. We find that the best places are usually those that come with great neighbors, plenty of gems to explore and a vibe that usually leaves you wanting to come back for more. Our love of hospitality combined with my career in real estate has helped make this VRBO a great place to be!
