🌊 The Cottage at Nedonna Beach is just three blocks from the ocean, two blocks from a kid-friendly lake with life vests, and about a mile from downtown Rockaway Beach.

🚂 Explore the local charm — ride the Tillamook Scenic Train (dog-friendly!), try the original Pronto Pup, sample saltwater taffy, or browse quirky shops and restaurants.

🏖 With seven miles of sandy beach and plenty of access points, you can enjoy kite flying, clamming, fishing, crabbing, whale watching, or simply relaxing by the waves.

Inside, the house is cozy and straightforward, with lots of windows that fill the space with natural light and bring the trees and sky right inside. The wood-burning fireplace makes the living room a great spot to gather after a day on the beach.

Upstairs, the unique A-Frame layout offers a bright, open bedroom with a balcony and a second bedroom with a view out to the yard.

✨ Please note: This isn’t a luxury home, but if you’re looking for a classic Oregon coast escape with charm, space, and a perfect location near the beach, this is the place. Think simple cabin, big yard, and ocean air — the kind of place where location does the talking.

🚗 A car is essential. Grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions are nearby, but you’ll need to drive to reach them. If flying in, we recommend Portland International Airport (PDX), about a 2-hour drive from the Oregon Coast.

Security Cameras: For guest safety, the exterior of the home is equipped with security cameras monitoring entry points only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.
