• Charcoal grill (guests provide charcoal)



Pool Heating:

Available during cooler months for $50/night — please request at booking so we can pre-heat before arrival.



**Pool is serviced twice weekly. As with most Florida homes, occasional leaves may enter the pool.

Pet fee: $100 per pet. Vrbo may only display one pet fee during booking. Additional pet fees will be requested through Vrbo after booking based on the number of pets
