Prime location in a quiet, gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach. Walk to the many nearby restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza. This beautifully renovated condo features a comfy king bed and smart TV in the bedroom, a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Beach chairs and bikes are included!

Enjoy easy onsite beach access and fantastic amenities, including a sundeck, pool, and grilling area. The condo also offers covered parking and an ocean-view balcony, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Awesome! Clean, comfortable, close to the beach. Kendall was an amazing host, really went out of her way to be helpful and was extremely thoughtful. Would definitely seek her out to rent from again.

Room was clean and well supplied. Check in process was wonderful and host was extremely helpful. Overall stay was great. However the hallway at property was musty and smelled foul.

Great location

Prime location, short walk to the beach, short walk to multiple restaurants. Bikes were great to use. Condo was as advertised. Bed was great, everything was clean and neat. Had everything you would need for a beach trip. Would recommend to stay.

Great Weekend Getaway

This property made for a wonderful weekend getaway! The accommodations were very clean, with easy access and a view of the beach from the balcony. It's conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at both the beach and the pool.

Perfect Getaway

I planned a short getaway and found this gem right on the Atlantic. Kendall did a great job communicating information about the condo’s various access codes. This was my first trip to Hilton Head our 20th anniversary, so I asked Kendall for some restaurant recommendations. Not only did those turn out great (The Sage Room for anniversary dinner was fantastic), but she went above and beyond by leaving a little ‘happy anniversary’ treat. Thank You!I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again next time we visit Hilton Head.

Great little getaway

The condo was perfectly located with easy access to the beach and parking was plentiful. The unit was right off the elevator making it simple to get to and get out of. It was well appointed with everything we needed for our relaxing weekend together. The view was lovely and the furnishings were comfortable. The host provided well for every possibility and anticipated our needs exceptionally. We would definitely book this listing again.

Great condo

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. It was well stocked including some extra touches I didn’t expect. The king size bed was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this condo again.

Simply Amazing....

This was my first time visiting Hilton Head. I truly enjoyed my experience. The space was wonderful, very relaxing and exactly as described. Rebecca was an awesome host. She went out of her way to ensure I enjoyed my stay. She checked in with me and gave me great suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. Great winter getaway

Enjoyed a little winter getaway to Hilton Head. Rebecca was a great host making sure we had everything we needed even gave us restaurant suggestions. Very comfortable bed!! Perfect size condo for a couple. Would definitely rent from Rebecca again.

Best oceanfront beach value!

Rebecca is an amazing 5 star host. She is very accessible and accommodating for all your needs. This lovely one bedroom unit is wonderful with all of the accommodations, and quality amenities for 2 people. Rebecca has thought of everything, and then some. Very fully equipped. Many nice surprises! The king bed is very comfortable. This unit is right by the elevator, and stairs for easy access. Easy and quick board walkout to the beach. No stairs. Nice ocean view from the balcony. Plenty of easy parking at this oceanfront condo complex. Easy walk or biking to all the many stores and restaurants, including a very nice Piggly Wiggly grocery store, in the Plaza. You can drive there, and there is plenty of free parking. Very convenient location to everything!

Great stay!

We had a great time being so close to the beach! We enjoyed being in the Coligny Plaza area with lots of restaurant and bar options. The place was very clean and comfortable, a bit small in size but it worked perfectly for the 2 of us. Nice little balcony with a view of the ocean. :) Thank you!!

Seaside Villa getaway

Rebecca was amazing in regards to communication and strives to be the best host ! The villa was so neat and tidy and very clean! It was small but we had everything we needed. The bath towels were plentiful and of good quality and the king size bed was comfy ! The unit itself was quiet inside even though the main door opened up to the bedroom. The addition of an air purifier was nice - it doubled as a night light and some white noise if that’s something that helps you sleep. She also provided 4 beach chairs which we used everyday. BONUS - they are backpack chairs with a roomy pouch for beach gear and towels etc., a beach umbrella and a sun shade. There was also an insulated bag cooler that we used daily ! It’s so nice when a host provides these extras because if you fly to the island it’s difficult to do without these things so most likely results in spending more money to rent some gear for the week. The location was perfect- a few minute walk on a very nice boardwalk right to the beach. Coligny is about 5 min away by foot so a fantastic location for bars and restaurants. We would rent this unit again with no hesitation! It’s ideal for a couples getaway.

This unit was exactly as described. The owner was very prompt with responses to all questions and checked in on us through out our stay. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed and had lots of nice fluffy towels! In the words of my husband, “This is one of my favorite units we have stayed at in Sea Side.”

A Wonderful Week!

This charming property was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay during our first visit to HHI. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, very clean and has all the comforts of home. Rebecca is a terrific owner, quick to respond to messages and has thoughtfully provided every amenity you could possibly need while on vacation. The property is conveniently located within a short waking distance to the local shops, dining and entertainment at Coligny, making it a fantastic place for people who want to explore this part of the island by foot or by bike. Overall we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle free getaway in Hilton Head!! The Koskys

HHI Girls Weekend

We really enjoyed this stay! It was an older facility, but our unit had been renovated! Great Beach Access and close to Coligny eating and shops!! It was very small but worked fine for my friend and I for a long weekend!! Host was AWESOME to communicate with!

Exceptionally nice, clean and comfortable

We have stayed many times in HH, however this place was levels above the others. In addition to having the unit exceptionally clean and comfortable, the owner is very communicative and ensures you feel she is there for anything you might need. A very comfortable king bed ensure a restful vacation. This will be the first place we seek for our next booking.

Seaside Villa

My husband and I spent the week in this condo for our honeymoon, where Rebecca was the most wonderful hostess that we could have asked for! She wrote us a hand written card of congratulations as well as left the refrigerator stocked for us as a gift. She often texted to make sure we made it to and left safely from the condo and made the check in/out process easy and effective. Rebecca texted different locations of popular coffee shops and bruch/dinner restaurants that we found were great recommendations! I will recommend to rent off of Rebecca any day of the week, she was wonderful! Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful place

I love how Rebecca took care of the little things that mean a lot !! Little creamers for my coffee , toiletries and extra sun lotion , great beach chairs. The place was very efficient for its size - had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable too!!!!!
