Secluded 7000sq foot home 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Newport!

Sarah, thank you for your review however when you arrived i meet you and offered to walk you throgh the entire house but you declined and then told me you would be leaving and not staying leaving me to deal with 14 underage college students! As i am sure you are aware you can not deceive a host to allow 14 underage college student to turn a magnificent home into a frat house where they perfusly drank and smoked in the home leaving remininse of drugs and alcohal.I can fully understand why you did not have them stay at your home and allow them to destoy your home!! This home is professionaly cleaned before each arrival and your claims of blood stainblankets ,cigar smoke ,and mold are misfounded as was your fraudulent representation in making the reservation. Your 14 guest caused serious damage to my home which I live in and take absoulte pride in! you should take the responsiblity for your daughters and her friends actions ! I hope in the future you will not use decepion and vaste misrepresentions with other unknowing host! Also as you where made aware i am requesting an additional cleaning fee and will be making a claim for the furniture, and other damage your And as stated the home is 5 MINUTES to the most beautiful beach in the state. Perhaps if you had stayed as you where reqired to do you may have enjoyed the house the the 3 arces of seclusion!! Please in the future if any other Host is willing to host you just be HONEST and not attempt to cover up your duplicity by wrighting such a miss leading review! Thank you

Devon, thank you for your review, however I feel it in itself is extremely misleading. First , the house was cleaned professionally before each arrival. I think you will recall that check in is at 4:00 , however to accommadate you I let you arrive at 2:30.,Then you contacted me to ask if you could stop in at 10;00 which was not possible because of the cleaning of the house .I feel your comments and pictures are misleading . As you stated you spent only 20 minutes in the house and most of your complaints center on the masterbedroom. And I advised you that if you had any needs I was staying in the ADU next door and would be available if you needed anything . I also gave you my cell number to make sure you could call me .You never raised any concerns about me being on the property and you never contacted me to address any concerns. As to your pictures. The picture of the wires next to the table are the extension cord for the two lamps.I"am not sure what the open draw has to do with the cleaning of the house.I apologize for the water bottle in the 2 other pictures however if you had called me I would have come over and removed them As to the pillows they where to be removed before you arrived and that is why there were not covered.The rug in the master bedroom was not turned back by the cleaners and again I would have come over immediately and done that for you .And the specs on the counter are from the plant that I leave for all my guests.As for the doors , every door has locks via a deadbolt which I explained to you on your arrival. And I think you are mistaken about the beds there are 4 queens , a king . and two new queen pull outs. Devon , I also note that in your review that you do not make any mention or pictures of the Kitchen , all bedrooms, , the polished floors, the bathrooms, , dining room, patry orlauntry room or the porch, which are perfect!I am sorry for any inconvence but I feel your review is misleading about the qualtily of my home and any issues that arose could have been remedied within 15 minutes of a phone call to me.I have rented the house and I have received all 10s in my reviews and I feel that this truly supports the qualtiy of the house! And not to be pendanic but for a guest to be so critical in a 20 minute walk through with issues that related to one room and could easily have been resolved I find it hard to understand how one of your guest could have used and disrepected my third floor bathroom. I feel It would be inappropiate to mention at this time to be more specific but I am sure you are aware of what she did.
