Updates includes the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The home has brand new AC duct work and plumbing. Zen Mini comes fully stocked with most things you would need while being away from home. The mini is approximately 600 sq ft and is located inside of Terra Ceia RV Resort which is centrally located to many major roadways.

Mini getaway

We had an amazing time in beautiful beachy home!! The location was perfect with many things to do close by. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by how well-maintained the property was and how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was! Lovely stay for us!

Peaceful

This place is perfect for two people. It is clean, organized, and uncluttered, yet has everything you might need for your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet; neighbors are friendly. The heated pool (86 degrees) is perfect even in cooler weather. Lots of amenities to enjoy.

Zen Mini getaway

This cottage is truly a zen experience. Very well though out and equipped for any length stay. I found the cottage to be as the pics showed it. Nicole was very conscious to quickly reply to my questions. The community offered many amenities. It was centrally located to tourist activities. I had an awesome visit and would definitely return and recommend the zen Mini.

Great weekend trip!

The zen mini mobile is beautifully decorated, super cute space that's perfect for a couple's getaway. The community offers some great amenities and was in a convenient location for us. (easy to get to beaches & Freedom Factory in Bradenton) Nicole was an exceptional host who has thought of everything extra you might need. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the special treat she left for us to help celebrate our Anniversary. It was very sweet and thoughtful of her! Thank you, Nicole, for your exceptional hospitality.

Very detailed!

Nicole thought of EVERYTHING anyone could need. It is a small place, but it is spotless and decorated so well. She has so many amenities inside the home and I’ve stayed in many places like this. The park where the home is located is very nice and quiet with many activities including two pools, shuffleboard, indoor ping pong and billiards, outdoor connect 4, Cornhole boards and awesome pickle ball courts! I would recommend anyone going to the Bradenton area to stay here! I know we will definitely be back at her place if we are in the area again. She was so helpful and kind, a very gracious hostess and person!

The place was beyond a 5 star I would personally give it a 10 star. By far the best place we have stayed in. Everything we needed and more. The special touches and attention to detail was more than we would have ever expected. The host was fast to respond; The Internet speed was fast and allowed me to work from the place on occasion; the place was super clean; neighbors were sweet and courteous the grounds were well kept and we cannot express how gorgeous and spacious the mini was and how happy we were staying there. The bed; pillows and bedding were a dream come true!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The entire home is available for guest use as well as all Terra Ceia amenities. Terra Ceia has a new swim area with pool, deck and pavilion along with a new clubhouse in conjunction with their original pool/clubhouse. There is a new fitness center, 4 pickleball courts as well as new restrooms and bathhouse. Although the mini has a washer and dryer Terra Ceia offers laundry facilities on site. Additionally there is shuffle board and a modest library. For a full list of the parks amenities feel free to visit their website.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Listing is designed for a couple; however, the mini can accommodate up to four. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a pull out queen. Additionally two rollaway beds are available upon request PRIOR to date of checkin. Please make host aware of the rollaway bed request at time of the booking.

The home has two TV’s. One in the living room and the second in the bedroom. The mini offers YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney and HBO.

Please note the mini does NOT have a dishwasher or ice machine. The sink has a drying rack attachment. Additionally, there are multiple ice cube trays located inside of the freezer. The dollar general is walkable for a bag of ice if desired.
