Key West style 2nd level home, entire upstairs with private downstairs front door entrance for you and your guests to enjoy (immediately go upstairs on entry) 3 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms. Outdoor private upstairs back deck (12' x 48') is a well loved feature that overlooks the private resort style pool area, great for sipping on coffee and enjoying a morning breeze or having a drink by the pool watching the sunset light up the evening sky. Pool deck supplied with lounge chairs, umbrella and patio table for a nice afternoon grill day. This is your pool, it is not shared by anyone else. (Partial downstairs patio sectioned off for host area and storage) Comfortable furnishings, bedding, linens etc. and well stocked kitchen will make you feel like your home away from home. Newly updated and ready for you. We live on the property in private owner's suite downstairs under living/dining area but have our own private entry and never need to be in your space, we do not use the pool, your door and share any of your area, we completely repspect the privacy of you and your guests.

Your upstairs space has private laundry room accessible from master bathroom and hallway. Many amenities, Roku TV in living room and all 3 bedrooms, kitchen is fully stocked with about everything needed and large pantry. Room darkening curtains to ensure a good nights sleep. Please be aware of bringing babies and toddlers that there is not a permanent indoor gate for staircase, just temporary adjustable gate provided*** parents responsible for children's safety*** Driveway is shared, you have the right side which can fit TWO VEHICLES if needed or small kayak/boat trailer is welcome with one vehicle. Left side is our access into garage.

We take this serious for your health so cleaning times will take several hours to complete within the check out and check in times, please adhere to these times. ***We are in and out quite a bit but respond quickly if any questions or needs. If we're out of town, I have people on call to take care of problems that may occur. We try to keep house well maintained so there aren't any issues. Feel free to contact us if any further questions.
