Great Location

Everything was as described! Excellent location as we could walk to everything (groceries, beach, restaurants, 5th Ave., taxi stand). Ivan was great to work with. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent stay at Playa del Carmen

Very well located apartment, confortable and very quiet. It is located very close to all shops. The owner is friendly and the communication is fast and efficient. Thank you Ivan.There is a construction site across the street but it should be finished soon.

Great spot!

In a little alleyway right off 10th, this place was great. Though a little tricky to find, once in place, we were in a great spot. Our on site guy, Ivan, was terrific. He was on site at our arrival, and helped ou all during pur stay. I'd do this again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely great experience

Owner stayed in constant communication if and when I had questions about the condo and Playa. Condo is in a great location. Very clean, quiet and very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great rental!

This was a fantastic rental exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. We ended up having to return from our vacation early and felipe even offered 2 free nights if we stay again! Very satisfied with these accommodations.

Perfect

This was just what we were looking for. Close enough to walk to all of the sites, but far enough from the strip that we weren’t kept up at night. The pool on the roof was great after a long day of walking. Communication was consistent and good. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Loved this place.

The condo was nicer then expected, has everything you need for your stay including a private jacuzzi. The place is extremely clean, the grocery store is just a few feet away and one block from 5th street. The guy that manages the condo provide lots of information and suggestions for our first stay, can get a 5 gallon water jug delivered for $3 and provides private airport service if needed.

L Condos is very well situated not far from Avenue 5, close to pickup points for excursions and around a corner from a supermarket. The apartment itself was spacious, fully serviced kitchen, extremely comfortable bed and with the added benefit of a balcony and jacuzzi. The roof top terrace we found generally quiet and a lovely place to chill out. There is building works so during the day can be a little louder but still acceptable. Host was very responsive and helpful with communication! We certainly recommend!

Amazing Property

Amazing location and great communication with property owner. If you're planning a trip to Playa, this is a great place to stay. I had a # of personal issues I was dealing with, and the property manager was very understanding of my situation. Thanks again for your understanding and help.

Best place

I will stay here over and over again! The location was beyond amazing! The place itself IS AMAZING!!!!! I will choice is place over and over. We left just this morning after a 6 night stay. And felt like home every night. Staff is awesome and attentive! Very amazing experience. I’ve stayed in Playa 4 times in the last two years… this is by far #1. Ivan is such a nice guy! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Downtown Playa Condo

We had an overall great time staying here. The property was very modern and clean, our only complaint would be the ongoing construction. We tried to enjoy the rooftop pool but found it difficult with the banging going on across the street, although this could not be helped by the complex. The pool and gym were both nice additions to our stay. Location can’t be beat. Right by the market and was within walking distance to the beach and to any of the restaurants in downtown playa del Carmen. Our host was extremely helpful in finding the property, making suggestions on where to explore, and even offered to assist us with transportation to the airport. Would come here again!

Perfect

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this property. It is exactly as depicted in its online listing. The neighborhood is close to 5th Avenue and every restaurant /shopping experience you could imagine is within a 10 minute walk. And that includes the beach! The property manager was there to answer any questions we had. He was in communication throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a classy accommodation in Playa. I would definitely book again!

The condo was very well located, walking distance to groceries, restaurants, shopping and beach. The unit was well appointed and did not lack anything. The hot tub was not practical. The roof top pool was amazing but could only be enjoyed after 6 pm because of the construction across the alley. I recommend using head phones to drown the noise. Otherwise everything was good.

Lovely Condo, Great Location and Price

The condo was very nice, and had everything we needed. We watched Netflix on the big tv screens in both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen was good, and functional laundry. More importantly we were able to walk to so many things- really nice grocery store next door, restaurants, 5th Ave tourist area, Mamitas Beach. The roof pool area was nice. Staff in the building very friendly and helpful. The host, Ivan was very attentive and helpful as well. The only downsides were that the jetted tub in the balcony was not really practical because it took too long to fill, and the construction going on next door - we couldn't hear it from the unit, which was very quiet, but it was odd to walk through a construction area when we were coming and going. But regardless, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Safe and Central Location

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights before we headed to a nearby resort. The property was very clean, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. I did bring my own bedding because I find most rentals use polyester bedding which I find too hot. This is just a mention for others that may be as "particular" as me:). The location was wonderful. Right around the corner there is a beautiful, modern supermarket. We would buy gaucamole made to order, sometimes two, and indulge throughout the day. The rooftop pool was amazing to enjoy a beautiful breakfast or lunch that was picked up from the supermarket. Their fresh squeezed juices and croissants were spot on! The main walkable street is one block and the beach is 2 blocks away. It should mentioned there is construction right across the street. Honestly it didn't bother us at all. It was quite interesting to watch. All the workers were very courteous, and would stop what they were doing, and allow you to walk by. It was only during daytime hours that there was "some" noise. Nothing terrible. The building always has a person "manning" the front desk. They were very friendly, and helpful. We highly recommend this property, and hope to stay again in the future. The only issue we had was trying to find the property in the night when we first arrived. The property manager, Ivan (wonderful to deal with), had to speak to our taxi driver directly because it's tucked away in a dead end street.

Del departamento me encantó que además de que esta nuevo y muy limpio, todo lo que tiene dentro es nuevo y de calidad. Para mi es importante una buena cama donde descansar, ropa de cama, y de baño limpias y en buen estado y así fue! Todos los servicios funcionales y las personas de servicio súper atentas y al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. El area está inmejorable! A una cuadra de la 5a Ave. Rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia y al mismo tiempo privado y lejos del bullicio. Me encantó! Espero regresar pronto…

This place was better than expected. The pictures were nice, but way better in person I must say. There were a few very minor issues, but Ivan the property manager was available 24/7, and took care of them promptly. We had a huge hot tub, but never did use it. The area felt safe, and was very quiet and peaceful. I have no complaints, I was treated like royalty. I would definitely come back and stay here, and suggest you do too.

Todo estuvo de maravilla con esepcion del internet no estuvo disponible por 4 días de 7 que estuvimos en el apartamento pero todo el tiempo estubimos en la playa el apartamento esta muy serca de todo los restaurantes y centros comerciales encontramos nuestro lugar para ña proccima

You will love the location, how safe and secure and close to everithing you will feel when you stay in our Brand New Condo.... all the furniture and appliance inside we buy them thinking to make you feel like at home.... our memory foam mattress and the 1000 thread count bed sheets will make give you one of the best sleeping times.... you also will enjoy the new and beautiful building with a nice roof top infinity pool, seating areas and fitness area... thanks that this building is a private own and most of the owners don't rent their condos, most of the time you will enjoy the building only for you and your companions.... at last but not least, our customer services is always ready to help you at any time...
