condominium is perfect for friends, family, or a romantic getaway for two! The condo features a
spacious living room, equipped with comfortable sofa and chairs surrounding a large flat
screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides ample counter space for
preparing your catch of the day. The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, work
station, and an attached private bathroom. The private bath has a walk-in shower and features
an oversize vanity mirror. The second bedroom features 2 queen size bed, TV, and an attached walk through bathroom. The condo also features internet/Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer for guest use.
Enjoy your mornings and evenings on the bayside patio, drifting in the sparkling
swimming pool, or fishing from the private community pier!
La Solana has two as-available guest boat slips that can accommodate small fishing boats or jet skis. A reserved boat slip or other options may be rented for an additional fee, call for assistance. Bumpers are recommended.
We recommend reaching out to local and near by marina services for larger boats and trailer parking.
