Upon entering Lumiere East, guests are welcomed into a large open-plan living area that blends contemporary luxury with comfort. Expansive windows and glass doors flood the space with natural light and offer seamless access to an impressive terrace. Here, a sizable 40ft x 10ft infinity pool—one of the largest in the area—awaits, set against a backdrop of vibrant tropical gardens that create a tranquil private oasis. Lumiere East is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The large outdoor space includes eight sunbeds, dining for eight, a BBQ grill, and an indoor/outdoor sound system, perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying quiet evenings.

The villa boasts three elegantly furnished bedrooms and three state-of-the-art bathrooms, ensuring privacy and refined comfort. Each bedroom is a serene hideaway; the master room even offers direct access to a private balcony, offering an idyllic spot to relax and soak in the island's mesmerizing views. Upper Level:

Master Suite: King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, flat-screen TV, opens to a private balcony and pool views.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shared bathroom, flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 3: King-sized bed, shared bathroom, flat-screen TV.
Rooftop: seating and full bathroom with shower, wc, and sink.


Notes:

• At the time of booking, VRBO will only charge its service fee. We will follow up with payment details to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is due to secure your booking; the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permissible with a supplemental fee.

• Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.

• A $375 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rental rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week (*applicable to 7-day stays only).

• Electricity is metered to discourage a/c use with the windows open. There is an allowance of 500kw for electricity. The excess will be billed to the guest at the actual cost. The a/c will not function if the doors are open.
