Relax at our peaceful 2 3/4 acres home in the Estates. Enjoy wildlife, deers, turkey, rabbits & even bears.

1 mile to the grocery store, 22 miles to the beach, 10 miles to shopping & restaurants. Watch the most beautiful sunsets from the most beautiful beaches in Naples, walk down the famous 5th avenue downtown Naples, & fine dinning. BBQ at home and possibly watch the wildlife walk through the yard

I have a 3 bedroom home nestled in the woods of Naples. I can rent one room, 2 rooms or the entire home.

Please see my other listings to choose what you need. I live in the home and we will share the common spaces if you rent one room or two rooms.

If you rent one room you have the possibility of sharing the guest bathroom, if you rent two rooms you will have the guest bathroom to yourself.

If you rent the entire home, I will not be there, and you will have the entire home to yourself. Master closet will be locked as I do live here.

As I stated, I live in this home, the fridge and pantry will have some items, also the cabinets will be full of spices and food products which you are welcome to use. We kindly ask you replenish whatever you use.

With one or two room rental, you have access to the guest rooms, guest bathroom and common areas. With the entire home rental, you have to the whole home.

Please read this information. This home contains wildlife and we ask you not to feed the animals or leave the garbage outside. Garbage is to be placed in garbage cans on Tuesday and Friday morning on the street curb. (Do not place the garbage outside the night before)

We are on well water, water from the earth. It does have a small oder, but is clean. We have a water softener that cleans the water. We have a drinking water dispenser for drinking.
