Lakefront cottage on first basin of Lake James. Dock, sandy bottom, great sunset

This year-round, lakefront cottage is for rent on the lower basin of Lake James, one of Indiana's most beautiful sports lakes. The cottage has three bedrooms [two with full-sized beds and one with twin beds] and a living area at the lower level walkout that has a full-size pull out couch. The cottage sleeps a total of 8-10 adults. This cottage is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, including microwave and blender. Each floor has a full bath with a washer and dryer on the lower level. The cottage also offers cable TV / DVD, high-speed internet and central air. A beautiful view of Lake James sunsets can be soaked in from the large deck across the front of the cottage. The cottage also includes an outdoor gas grill for barbecuing, a great lakeside yard for games and a fire pit. The natural, sandy lake bottom is great for swimming so bring all your water toys and floats. Private dock with boat tie-ups included. Ample parking available. Linens [bath/hand towels] and bedding included, bring your own beach towels.

Two cottages, Green and Blue, are typically rented by the week in the summer time, Sat 2pm to Sat 10am. We offer these cottages by the weekend in April and Sept if no weekly bookings. We also offer for rent a 22' pontoon boat to our guests!
