The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area, featuring an island with seating for 3, banquette dining for 8, and additional seating in the living area for 4—ample room to host family meals. This well-equipped coastal kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware to prepare meals and entertain your crew.

In the living room, gather together day and night on the spacious wrap-around couch—perfect for conversations or a movie night. A game table invites friendly competitions, whether a game of cards, Monopoly, or puzzles; the house is well-stocked for those rainy days.

There are TWO charming bunk rooms upstairs, each featuring a bunk bed (twin over twin), a single twin bed, and a twin trundle bed underneath. The bunk rooms were designed to make bedtime a cinch—all beds have nautical duvets, blackout curtains, and sound machines. Your kids will be fast asleep after a sunny day at the beach! The newly renovated hallway bathroom has a vanity sink, shower/tub combo, and plenty of storage for everyone.

An open-area third-floor TV and game area provides additional space for the whole family or just the kids to unwind. It is stocked with board games, play toys, and puzzles for kids to entertain themselves. The full-size pullout sofa fits two people, and the twin sleeper chair offers one additional sleeping space, which is excellent for teens.
