The property includes one private garage space for 1 vehicle. This is the only guaranteed parking spot at the home. Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. We're located next to a popular local brewery, so nearby parking may be limited during evenings, weekends, and special events.

At Southside Speakeasy, every arrival is intentionally timed and meticulously prepared, and departures are thoughtfully timed to allow for a careful reset of the space for our next guests. Early check-in (before standard 4 PM) and late check-out (after standard 11 AM) are available upon request and dependent on our cleaner's schedule. Once we confirm your request, you'll be charged to secure the updated arrangements. Fees start at $25. Just message us with your request or submit it through our guest portal after you've booked your stay.

Please be aware, this is a townhome with 4 stories of stairs. The main living area is on the 2nd level, with bathrooms located on the ground and 3rd floors.
