This is a 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom, two level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 5. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14426.

Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door then you'll walk up a full set of steps to the main level. From there you'll walk up another set of steps to the loft.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

We go here 4x a year. This is the 2 bed 1 loft 3bath snow creek 5 layout which is awesome for families. Worked out just fine. As advertised. Clean. Layout great. Lots of windows and feels spacious. Some of these units are renovated, this one is not but nothing is in disrepair so it’s not really a factor. Only issue was internet was non functional but cell was ok so we just WiFi hotspot the trip. Would rebook on next trip.

Great unit but Moths

After the first night our daughter reported that moths were landing on her all night keeping her awake. Next morning I eliminated eight, but the problem persisted.Room probably has a screen with an opening in it allowing them to enter if the window is open.We were happy with the unit, but our daughter certainly was not.

Only complaint was lack of real blankets, some of the guests were cold. We tried to be respectful and not run the heating system too high for too long.

The internet was very slow and I could only use one tablet and cell phone at a time. 2. The first night when the heater came on at 2 am I thought the roof was caving in. It was quiet during our 2nd and 3rd night though.3. The shower head in the loft area shot up to the ceiling and using the shower half the water continued to pour from the tub faucet.The shower head in the master also shot towards the wall.4. There are several places where there is water damage at the entry way and the quest bedroom across from the kitchen area.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Snowcreek once a year for almost thirty years. The past few years we have visited have been disappointing however this year's visit was the worst. The condo was completely misrepresented in the photos. Everything was extremely old, dusty and dirty, two toilets were not working properly, no a/c, the bbq had never been cleaned and was not functioning properly and the tv in one of the bedrooms was not working either. Plus we were never notified that the golf course would be closed during our visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home had all of the basics that we needed to stay in Mammoth. Comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen included salt and pepper which I appreciated since I forgot to bring some. They also provided some games to play with the kids. The house was very clean which I wholly appreciated since some AirBnB options I have stayed at before had questionable cleanliness. Thankfully that was not a problem at this place. The pillows were either too soft or too hard and there weren't any throw blankets. So if needed then you should bring your own. However, I had an issue with the tv during the Superbowl and when I contacted Snowcreek management (an hour before close) they seemed entirely unmotivated and had no suggestions to help correct the problem. They even told me "yea, I'm about to leave in a minute too, so I don't know what to tell you." when there was about 45 minutes left in their office hours.

We did make a few requests to the office, which were met with immediate response and action. We enjoyed all the local lakes and hikes. We enjoyed Burgers and Giovanni's restaurants. The Vons is the place to shop, where you will find everything at good prices. Can't wait to return to Mammoth Lakes. After staying at Snowcreek, I would have a hard time staying anywhere else.
