This home is just 15 minutes from Jekyll Island and St. Simons and 5 minutes to all the breweries, restaurants and shopping that downtown has to offer. Don't miss the chance to stay in one of the hottest areas in the city!
This home was built in 1908 and has beautiful old cathedral ceilings with the modern finishes and decorations of this time period. Enjoy staying in a piece of architectural history with a modern twist!
The Space
This vacation rental boasts two bedrooms, each tastefully furnished for your comfort. The first bedroom is equipped with a luxurious queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-sized bed. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or colleagues, you'll find restful slumber in these inviting sleeping spaces.
The single full bathroom is clean and well-maintained, ensuring that you have all the amenities you need for a refreshing start to your day or a relaxing end to your evening.
For those who need to stay productive during their stay, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a desk and chair, offering a dedicated space for work or study. You can stay connected with high-speed internet, ensuring you can complete tasks efficiently.
One of the standout features of this vacation rental is the fully fenced-in yard, perfect for those traveling with dogs. Your four-legged friends can roam and play safely in the spacious yard. Additionally, the yard is separated from the second unit by a fence, ensuring you have your own dedicated outdoor space.
If you enjoy outdoor cooking, a propane grill is available for your use. You can prepare delicious meals while enjoying the fresh air and tranquility of the backyard.
This vacation rental provides a comfortable and convenient escape for your stay, with a perfect blend of practical amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply unwinding in the yard, your stay at this lovely rental will be an unforgettable experience.
Note:
The whole house can be rented if the other unit, Salt on Wolfe, is available. Both rentals would charge their individual listing rates and fees. It's perfect for vacationing with friends or family while maintaining personal space.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival
There is a $50 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.
Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!

Other Things to Note:
For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $125 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
