This little house in Arvada was great! Great location to our activities ( Old Town Arvada, Red Rocks Concert, Meowolf, and lots of good food options too!! Cozy beds and the remodel is clean, modern and welcoming.

After searching and searching for the right place to stay I came across this beautiful listing! Let me tell you this was the BEST Vrbo stay i’ve ever had. The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Craig was amazing he was very responsive and very knowledgeable with any questions I had during my short stay in Denver (wish we could have stayed a bit longer) we enjoyed it very much! Coming back to Denver I will definitely book again and recommend this Vrbo to everyone! Thank you Craig!!

Quiet neighborhood near lots of shopping and eating options. Home was clean and well kept. Only complaint is the hot tub was not usable. Water was green and there was a pair of floating underwear when we took the cover off.

Welcoming house

This place worked well for our 4 night stay near Denver. We visited Red Rocks and the town of Morrison, as well as the Denver Aquarium, zoo and a few restaurants in Denver as well. Arvada has everything you need as far as shopping- within a couple minutes’ drive. Craig was very responsive with all questions that arose.

Great little getaway!

We really enjoyed our time using this little house as base camp for a weekend! Very clean and cute! The only reason I didn’t give 5 starts overall is that the king bed is quite squeaky and woke us up a few times and it and some other pieces of furniture seem to have some loose screws and are not very stable. If I’d had my kids with me that would have made me nervous. Due to weather we didn’t get to try out the hot tub, but I appreciated that the hosts take its cleanliness seriously.

perfect clean, quiet. Hot tub was awesome. definitely would recommend for a couples getaway or small family. Nice safe yaard for kids to run around. Everything you need is close by. TV channel were the best. Wish they had a Vacuum for the house and broom to sweep the patio. If they did I couldn't find it.We stayed 5 days

Cute Place Great Location

My twin teenagers and I stayed here for 10 days and couldn’t have been happier. We were in town for a softball tournament. For softball enthusiasts, it’s about a 20 min drive from the Sparkler Power Pool fields, and also downtown Denver. The house is cozy and charming and had everything we needed. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, one bathroom. The house has been completely remodeled and the decor is very chic! Hot tub in the backyard which we unfortunately didn’t get to use. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry area (full size washer and dryer), great working A/C. Initially when we arrived, GPS had us come up Marshall St. and there really wasn’t much to write home about as far as location went, but the next morning we discovered the other entrance off of Saulsbury and there is so much around out that way, even coffee and restaurants walking distance. Olde Town Arvada is a very short distance with more restaurants and shops to walk around and see. Very cute little town! The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk around in. The owners were very kind and responsive, great communication. I’d stay here again 100 times over and would highly recommend this home to anyone.

This house was very tastefully updated and clean. We loved the hot tub and how close to everything the home was. The host was attentive and we felt we could ask for anything if we needed it, but we didn't, as everything we could have wanted was on site and easy to find.
