This spacious 4-BR, 3-BA pet-friendly home with a private pool is designed to ensure everyone has a fantastic vacation experience. Just 1 mile from downtown Manteo and a quick 10-minute drive to the beach, our home offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.



The Space:

Pool is re-opening in April for the 2026 season.

Welcome to your perfect Outer Banks getaway! Ideal for extended families or groups, this spacious single-level home sitting on 1 acre, features an adjoining guest suite and private pool and free EV charger.



• Fully Equipped Kitchen and Living Room: Whip up delicious meals and unwind in the cozy living room after a day of exploration. There is also a piano for your enjoyment.

• Enormous Outdoor Deck: Walk right out of the kitchen or from the suite onto the deck all connected to the pool. Enjoy peace and quiet and soak up the sun on our expansive private fully fenced in outdoor deck, perfect for family gatherings and evening barbecues.

• Extra Large Pool: Dive into fun and relaxation in our extra-large private (not heated) pool with full sun exposure, where the whole family can splash and play to their heart's content.

• Outdoor Yard and Firepit: Large lawn area with a firepit. Gather around the firepit under the stars, share stories, and roast marshmallows or hang out and play games on the lawn.

We also have a Level 2 EV receptacle in the carport for guests to use.

Linens with beds made and towels are included.
