Tucked away from the chaos but close enough to the beach and shops! The home was perfectly stocked and very clean. The host was very communicative and easily accessible. Our family loved this quick getaway and would definitely stay again.

The Bells have a beautiful property close enough to all the hubbub for a pleasant walk but situated on a quiet street so you feel like the island is yours.

Katy is a wonderful host and dropped by to check on us the first evening we were there.The bungalow is in a great location, near everything, but in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is clean and well stocked.All of our group were very happy with this choice!

Modern cottage in the woods

It was secluded but easy to get to. It was quiet and peaceful with a large porch. Very modern and the rooms were all comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Comfy, clean, and convenient

From check-in to checkout everything went very smooth. We really appreciated Katy's local advice and travel tips. The was cottage was very clean and accurately described. Would definitely stay again when visiting the Outer Banks.

Very comfy, great location!

My husband and I stayed for three days for our 34th anniversary. The house was wonderful. Very clean and close to everything. We rode our bikes to the downtown area for a music festival. An especially nice suprise were the beds. You never know what you might get when it comes to a mattress but these were very comfy. We would certainly stay here again.

This house was perfect for us . Although it rained most of our time we still made the best of it and was able to go downtown, beach in between the rain, jet ski tour, wild horse tour , checked out 3 of the lighthouses , shopping. We loved it

This is a secluded home nestled in a well wooded private location. The owners were nearby to assist with any issues if they occurred. Fortunately none did on this extremely well maintained and clean property. Waterfront dock Dining and shopping were less than 5 minutes and at least 2 local grocery stores were 2-3 minutes away.

Perfect Vacation Rental

Not only were the accommodations better than we could hope for, the host and her husband, Katy and Gregg, were really gracious people. They gave us tips about the area that only locals would know. After our time was up, they still helped us in extraordinary ways. I can’t say enough about their wonderful hospitality. How many people would do that? We will definitely be back to see them. They became our friends.

stayed 06/18/22 -06/26/22 Everything was just like the pictures! We had one issue with screen door and the owners were consistently quick to respond, and even came over to help immediately as they live right across the street. They were so kind and friendly, and made sure to accommodate us in every way possible. They were very hands on, and had any issue resolved personally, within the hour. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Cabin

What a wonderful week we had here. The cabin has everything you would need including a very well-appointed kitchen. I have never seen a kitchen that had everything you would need but this one does. There is a grill available as well. The location is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful trees all around. The front porch is so nice - you can sit outside and enjoy the solitude. While there are homes nearby you feel as though you have a ton of privacy and peace. All rooms had nice beds and a tv in each room. The host, Katy, was the perfect host. She checks on you and provided lots of recommendations since we had never been to the area. I honestly cannot recommend this listing enough. It was perfect!
