It’s a studio that’s walking distance from 3 grocery stores, Target, Walgreens, 3 coffee shops, a meditation center, and restaurants galore!
3 story-walk up, but it’s not so bad. Private rooftop views!!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
I wanted to be within walking distance of my school and all my necessities. I don’t have a car and this neighborhood works PERFECTLY!
I lived in NYC forever and this gives me all the vibes. A blend of upscale beauty and lower east side charm. Hollywood blvd can look a little sketchy, but the homeless are harmless and I always feel safe.
I love taking long walks all over (yep, even at midnight), because everything I need or want is nearby or a lyft ride away. Sometimes I even do the Lyft scooters. There’s always one on our block.
Want to get some writing done in the middle of the nigh? 24 hour diner just 4 blocks away. Craving thai food or sea food or a wine bar? Head to the corner. They’re all 50 feet in either direction.
I also love that this is a dog place. They’re everywhere and everyone’s friendly. Yes, I am the type who wants to come up and say hello to your pet.
At the other end of my block is a literal mansion. Ha! That side of the street gives you all the flowery trees and big-house, LA scenery that makes you feel like you made it.
The bar scene is probably a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk in either direction, but there is a really cool one on my corner.
All in all, this neighborhood is a vibe. The building is quiet. There are no kids here. Just a few dogs and cats and very cool neighbors.
