The Space:

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers panoramic ocean views through two sets of French doors that lead to an expansive outdoor deck. The elegant dining table seats 8 comfortably alongside the living area that features an ambient fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and ample seating for relaxation. The stunning kitchen is equipped with a large stone island with barstool seating for 4, high-end stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge, plus plenty of counter space for whipping up gourmet meals. The expansive deck is partially covered and includes a fire pit, lounge seating, and a high-top bistro table, all overlooking the stunning ocean vista. As you step down into the backyard oasis, enjoy a sparkling pool and spa, lounge chairs and umbrellas, plus grassy area and BBQ. The outdoor space is also complemented by a large stone fireplace with couch seating, a dining table for up to 8, and beautifully landscaped gardens with fruit trees. The alluring primary bedroom features a king bed, desk with chair, and a private balcony with stunning water views. The en-suite bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower, separate soaking tub, dual vanities and those ever-present ocean views for a spa-like experience. The second bedroom includes a king bed, a private balcony with water views, TV, desk with chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms both offer a king and queen bed and share a connecting bathroom featuring dual vanities and a combo shower/tub. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and sink for your convenience. Half of the house has air conditioning, with a Pentair app to control spa and pool heat. Parking includes access to one of the garages and a gated driveway/courtyard parking area. Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, except for one of the garages, the primary closet and office will not be accessible. Please note this property is the main house, there is also an ADU on the property with private separate entrance.

ACTIVITIES:

San Diego Botanic Garden includes nearly 4,000 kinds of plants from all over the world and more than 37 acres of exhibits including rare bamboo groves (the largest collection in the U.S.), desert gardens, a tropical rainforest, Mediterranean climate landscapes, an undersea succulent garden, a subtropical fruit garden and the largest interactive children's garden on the West Coast called the Hamilton Children's Garden.



A favorite beach for surfing in Encinitas, Swami's was immortalized in the song "Surfin' USA" by the Beach Boys. Take in a few waves if you can wait long enough to get your turn or watch the top-notch surfing from the small park at the top of the bluff.



Named for the midnight picnics local residents used to have in the early 1900s, Moonlight State Beach is a wide and flat family beach with volleyball, tennis courts, recreational equipment rentals and a snack bar. A rarity at most beaches these days, Moonlight Beach features fire rings, for post-sunset bonfires and barbecues.



Drive down the coastline on Historic Highway 101 from laid-back Oceanside to luxurious La Jolla enjoying the diverse and vibrant communities along the way that capture the true essence of a Southern California vacation.



The downtown Encinitas shopping district is more than 100 years old. Today, the historic buildings house boutique shops and sidewalk cafes, where shoppers can find treasures old and new.



Forty percent of the birds in North America pass by the San Elijo Lagoon on their annual migrations. Featuring an array of "green" amenities, the eco-friendly San Elijo Lagoon Nature Center offers free admission and guided nature walks on the first and last Saturdays of each month at 10:00 AM. The interactive exhibits focus on the ecosystem, environment and history of lagoons, and the building's "green" components.



The Self-Realization Fellowship is a serene locale featuring meditation gardens, koi ponds and views overlooking Swami's beach. Its name comes from the Golden Lotus Temple high above it.



Four Moons Spa: A luxurious spa converted from a house, offering massages, facials, astrology sessions, sound baths, and healing treatments.



Annie's Canyon Trail: A unique hiking trail with stunning views and various access points, offering a memorable outdoor experience.



Tide Beach Park: Located inside Cardiff State Beach, this park features a large reef, tide pools, and ample space for recreational activities like snorkeling and bodyboarding



Encinitas Community Park: A top-rated park with various amenities including a dog park, skate park, playgrounds, picnic areas, baseball fields, soccer fields, and open spaces for sports and relaxation.

Other Things to Note:

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Pets allowed with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Access to one garage, plus gated driveway/courtyard parking. .

• Smoking events/parties are not permitted.

• Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
