We have spared no expense to accommodate your every need, from a gorgeous lush landscape that welcomes you, complete with a waterfall and koi pond, and the ultimate outdoor entertainment space, with a built-in BBQ, fire pit, pizza oven, and salt water pool and spa, to the heated Saltillo tiled bathroom floors and towel warmers in each en-suite bathroom, you’ll experience every comfort of luxury living, with the convenience of home. Situated behind a gated entryway, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the very private and charming equestrian neighborhood, you will enjoy west facing views, magical breezes from the Pacific Ocean, and picture perfect sunsets in this Spanish Hacienda style home, with thoughtful and eclectic Mediterranean and rustic touches throughout.

-4 comfortable bedrooms, with 100% cotton percale and linen bedding, and featuring ensuite bathrooms with heated Saltillo tiled floors, towel warmers, and bidet toilets
-Luxurious steam spa in Master, with essential oils robes, slippers and 100% cotton towels provided for an elevated experience
-Gourmet kitchen, with plenty of space for food prep and every cooking need accounted for, including top of the line appliances, instant hot water, reverse osmosis mineral enhanced water, and a Keurig coffee maker, with coffee and tea selections
-Large dining table, with seating for 8-10, and dishes and linen to make your meals feel extra special
-Fabulous living room, with plenty of comfortable seating, for when you need to bring the party inside
-An indoor wet bar area, and dedicated ice maker, with a great vibe and seating for 3 (Did someone say Manhattan?!)
-Game Room/loft area, with Ping Pong/Air Hockey table, Foosbal, and an old school Dual Player Ms. Pac Man game console(!), not to mention a great selection of board/card games. Extra sleeping in Loft.
-Washer and dryer, with laundry essentials, to keep things fresh for extended stays
-Provided “maid service” on Mondays and Tuesdays. A member of our team will come each Monday [between 3-5pm] & Tuesday [between 3-5pm] to do the following:
Enter home and empty all garbages + take all trash cans to the curb
Bring trash cans back in on Tuesday
Wash towels [as needed]
Freshen up bathrooms, bedrooms, light cleaning and dusting [as needed]
Clean outdoor pool area [as needed]

-Note: This part of San Diego has light restrictions so you can fully appreciate the night sky

We have security cameras around the exterior of the property
+ Inside Garage which is off limits to guests

IMPORTANT:
-Guests must be willing to sign a rental agreement and pool/pond addendum
-We will ask for ID of the booking guest and the names of all adult guests staying in the home.
-Pool can be heated for an additional nightly fee. Please inquire about the price.
-The pool cannot be heated in winter due to its slow heating rate of 1.4 degrees per hour, and insufficient daytime hours to counter the significant temperature drop overnight.
-Heating the Hot Tub is included in your stay
