Newly remodeled 2nd Floor Condo (Stairs Only) and ready for your R&R! Located in Carolina Beach, this coastal oasis is just steps away from the beach! This 2-bed, 2-bath condo offers ocean views from the large front deck where you can watch the sunrise, enjoy dinner or relax on the swing. Enjoy the Intracoastal vistas and breathtaking sunsets from the back balcony. The open living area is perfect for unwinding after your day's adventures here on Pleasure Island, or wherever you may roam. Both bedrooms as well as the main living area feature sliding glass doors that allow the "Bella Breeze's" from the Atlantic Ocean and Intercoastal to flow through the condo. You can even hear the soothing tides from the ocean! Float or lounge your troubles away at the palm tree laden saltwater pool or take a few steps to the beach via multiple convenient access points, saving on a drive and parking to go to the beach, this unit also offers off street parking.
Utilize the outdoor grills for BBQ cooking, take a walk to the Carolina Beach Pier (3 mins) and enjoy the High Tide Lounge & Tiki Bar or just soak up the beautiful views. The North End Mini Mart/Cafe (1min) offers coffee, breakfast sandwiches/plates and common necessities.
Rent bikes locally to ride and enjoy the island lifestyle, visit the Carolina Beach Market on Saturday mornings (late May - Sept) offering live music and an array of local artisans. Watch fireworks, enjoy from the front deck or head to the Boardwalk (3mins) to see up close and visit the carnival, shops, eats and treats like the world famous Britt's Donuts. With plenty of local activities - carnival, outdoor bingo and movies, live music and much more thru the summer months you won't need to look far for family fun.

We had an amazing time and great experience. First time at Carolina Beach and 1st time using VRBO. The property was in a great location and was very clean. Great view of the water and a good neighborhood. Really liked that linens and bedding were provided, kitchen was stocked with everything you need and that there was a washer & dryer. Also really liked the fact that it was a code access instead of keys. It was spacious enough for all 5 of us. I would definitely come back here again.

Carolina Beach

Property was clean and had everything we needed for a fun enjoyable off-season visit to Carolina Beach. We were close to the sand, bears bars/restaurants and the boardwalk. I worked in Wilmington during the day and enjoyed beach life at night. Would stay here again.

Incredible beach stay

What a lovely space! it was fantastically luxurious to have two bathrooms and a full size guest bed for the occasional friend to stay and soak in the beach. The kitchen was lovely and well-stocked, the living areas comfortable and serene. The pictures can't do the space justice, and the views were spectacular! The pool was also nice for sunbathing, and the grills were great for some local fish. There was a small issue with one of the appliances due to normal wear and tear and the property manager was great about taking care of things, and timely and considerate about communication, and I felt so taken care of! I would definitely stay again if I have the chance!

Beautiful condo with an excellent oceanview

We recently stayed at Bella Breeze for 4 nights and we loved everything about this place. The very large covered front deck had lots of seating, including my favorite, the swing. The unobstructed oceanview was amazing especially since most 2nd row condos views are blocked by other buildings. Condo was very clean, with comfortable furniture and bedding. The well equipped kitchen was greatly appreciated. This place made you feel at home, would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Loved Bella Breeze!

We loved our short stay at Bella Breeze! Clean and beautifully decorated, and also spacious. The walk to the beach was very short and we also walked to the boardwalk! We loved the huge deck! All of the special touches like leaving a signed shell made Bella Breeze very memorable. Two negatives - more than once, the shower water was not even warm. We don't know why because no one had just showered. Needless to say, that was not enjoyable. This may be more for the property manager, but the outside trash cans were crawling with maggots. My husband was the unfortunate one to take the trash out, having to lift the lid with the maggots on top and inside. This was a huge turnoff. If considering vacationing at the Bella Breeze, this is NOT a reason to go somewhere else. We loved virtually everything about it. But the maggot problem needs to be solved.

Home away from Home

Easy checkin easy checkout… We had all the comforts of home away from home, this made our stay very comfortable. This place is convenient and close to everything we needed from groceries, restaurants to entertainment . Gorgeous views of the beach from the huge front balcony, and views of the canal from the back. Very short walk to the beach access! Hopefully this is available for our next family trip!

Fabulous

We were on Carolina Beach Blvd across from the beach but we had a direct view of the ocean which was spectacular. Sitting on our very large deck with an ice cold beverage was nice. Accommodations were perfect. The beds were very comfortable and it was decorated perfectly. Met the owners briefly, super nice. Had complaints, location was on point and it was a fabulous vacation in CB

Absolutely Amazing. The location is perfect. Ocean and intercoastal views from both balconies were a delight. The beds were very confortable and and there was plenty of space. Very clean and welcoming. We will be reccomending this to family and friends.

This condo is exactly what you need for a beach getaway. Great location and easy to find and just a quick walk away from the beach. Love the ocean views as well as how clean the place was. I will definitely come back!

Cute, AC works great. Kitchen had everything but a can opener, which was a little bit of a problem but not much. Parking would be nicer if it was assigned and we were bummed that we couldn't rent a golf cart because one of our group was in a car accident recently and walking was difficult and super hot, seems like a weird hoa rule, but nothing we can do about that one. We would go back. It had everything else we needed, was comfy and the front porch is a HUGE bonus, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. :)

Fantastic time with the family!

My wife and I stayed here for several days as an impromptu beach trip with our two little ones. The property is second row but feels ocean front. You can see the ocean out the front and the bay out the back. The front porch is huge and gives a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The property was clean and well-maintained, and it's just a short walk to the closest beach access. We all had an amazing experience!

Clean with lovely views!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Bella Breeze. The kids enjoyed the pool.As a mom I liked the kid sized eatery. The place itself is very cute and clean. We absolutely loved the views. The short walk across the street to the beach was convenient. We would definitely stay again!
