The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes it easy to cook, gather, and entertain, whether you're hosting family dinners or enjoying a weekend getaway with friends.



The layout is ideal for groups, offering both comfort and flexibility. The main level includes two bedrooms—one with two twin beds and another with a queen—along with a full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious king bedroom, an additional full bathroom, and a loft area with a twin bed—perfect for kids or extra guests.



Located in desirable Agate Bay, you’re just minutes from Tahoe City and Kings Beach, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and year-round activities. World-class ski resorts like Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, and Alpine Meadows are all within a short drive, while nearby trails connect you to endless hiking and biking, including the Tahoe Rim Trail.

All ABP vacation rentals include high-speed internet, linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and BBQ (summer season).



This is a dog-friendly rental. No more than TWO DOGS MAXIMUM. Please be respectful and pick up after your pets.



Important:

On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 3



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
