Located just a 12 minute country drive from the heart of downtown Traverse City, and only 3 miles from the pristine waters of Lake Leelanau, our property offers the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience. Great spot to stay. Host was very responsive when couldn't connect to TV. Quiet, clean and had everything you need for a long weekend getaway. Would definitely stay again!

2 couples stayed comfortably and we enjoyed both Hayloft Inn restaurant and driving into Travese City. Home was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor space and hot tub! Would def recommend to friends. Host was quick to respond.

Fantastic customer service!! The kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker (huge plus), with plenty of K-Cups for two people. However, we ended up with four people (two more than the original reservation), and needed more coffee. Not wanting to drive back to a store, I messaged Blake, who arrived in about ten minutes, bearing lots of extra K-Cup pods!! Very impressed! We loved everything about the property and would not hesitate to recommend Blake as a host.

This place was great! My son and I were road tripping through Northern Michigan and needed a cool spot for our Traverse City / Leelanau Cty adventures. Super relaxing home in a beautiful country setting. The hot tub was great and we did s'mores by the campfire at night. It's a short easy drive to/from TC. I wish we stayed longer! We'll definitely be back!

This is a pretty new and very nice house. The location is rural as noted it its description,but is very convenient and quick to get to TC as well as Lake Michigan, Grand Traverse Bay, and the peninsulas. There's a nice winery very close to the property. Blake was quick to respond to any messaging and provided us with some good recommendations for some of the things we wanted to do. The hot tub was a hit! The only reason we did not rate this as a 5 is that the water heater did not seem to be adequate for a party of 5 adults.

Fun in Sleeping Bear Dunes Area

We brought our grandkids to see the sights in the Sleeping Bear Dunes area and found the perfect house to stay at. We all thought it was an awesome place with everything we needed and more! We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area again!!

Beautiful place to stay!

This home is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable in a quiet setting. We attended our niece’s wedding at Bayview which was only 5 minutes away from there so it was nice and convenient. Definitely would stay there again!!

We enjoyed everything about this house. It was in a perfect location to enjoy the wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, and surrounding cities. The hot tub was a plus along with the fireflies. The house was very clean and seemed brand new. We had an easy checkin and checkout. Thanks Blake.

Beautiful and comfortable

This home was perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. We wanted to go wine tasting all weekend but the weather had other plans. We were able to go wine tasting the first night and come back to relax in the hot tub. It was nice that the hot tub was right outside the door, so we didn’t have to go far in the cold weather. The views were beautiful, and it was so peaceful. We managed to get out for breakfast the next morning and buy provisions in the before hunkering down for the rest of the 2nd day. The living room and dining area was so comfortable. We sipped wine and played games all evening and enjoyed watching the snow fall. Blake is a wonderful host. He reached out to me before and during our stay. He quickly responded to our messages and made sure we were able to reach him immediately. He kept the driveway plowed, so we could get in and out. I would definitely recommend this home for your Traverse City getaway.

Friends 40th birthday celebration

Wooded Tranquil Retreat was perfect for our weekend away to celebrate a 40th birthday. We enjoyed the nearby wineries and restaurants during the day and were able to relax in the hot tub and by the fire at night. The host was attentive and quickly responded to any question I had. The house was clean & cute! Would definitely book again in the future.

40th Birthday Celebration

The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The hot tub was wonderful and the views of the changing fall colors around us was a bonus. The house is located near wineries and they were easy to get too. I have stayed at several properties and this one was exceptional.

Great Home Base For Girls Trip

Had a great stay at Blake's place in Cedar! The house was fantastic and the perfect home base for our girls trip up north. The hot tub was the perfect temp and it got just cold enough at night to enjoy a fire. I highly recommend this location and hope to visit again!

Leelenau Getaway

Absolutely beautiful and superbly cleaned property. Had an awesome stay. Loved the benefit of the hot tub for a morning and late night soak. Great location only 15 mins to several beaches and Leland. Loved Moomers and Boone Long Lake Inn. 9 Bean Rows had great pastries. Look forward to booking again in the winter.highly recommend.
