This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, modern cabin sleeps 8 comfortably. Enjoy crisp mountain evenings by the wood burning fireplace or grill out & dine outside on the large back patio. Plenty of parking for families or groups. The Wild Turkey is in a gated, quiet community just up the mountain from King St.

Entering the cabin from the front door you walk into the rustic modern great room with large, beautiful windows with plenty of natural light. The open floor plan hosts the full-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, plenty of small kitchen appliances, coffee bar with a traditional coffee brewer and Keurig. Each guest receives a bag of free specialty coffee and goody basket.

Dining room seats 10 with 4 bar seats and 6 at the rustic dining table. Wine cooling refrigerator also provided.

The living room has a real wood burning fireplace, throw blankets and plenty of ceiling. Enjoy mountain relaxation and hear the crackling fire while watching a movie of the smart TV or connecting with your loved ones over one of the many board games.

Right outside the living room you will find a large back deck with a 4 seater dining table and propane grill. Grill out listening to the Bluetooth speaker and looking over the private, wood lot with seasonal view of the blue ridge mountains.

Primary master suite is located on the main floor for easy access. Suite is equipped with a brand new, premium mattress, luxury linens, and extra pillows and blankets for a wonderful nights sleep. En-suite bathroom with double vanity and large walk in closet and pack n play for families with littles.

Take the stairs down to the cozy basement and enter the 2nd living room with couch, smart TV and access to the lower deck where you will find the brand new 7-8 person hot tub. Stairs will lead to large backyard where kids can play and get their energy out while the parents enjoy conversations in the cabin.

Two additional bedrooms are located in the lower level. The second king suite with extra seating and private en-suite renovated bathroom. Room is equipped with new king mattress, linens, AC unit and smart TV.

The beautiful designed kids bunk room has 4 twin beds between the bunk beds with trundle and additional twin bed. Plenty of pillows and linens and leather couch with extra seating to read books or hang out in with friends / siblings in the kids playroom.

En-suite Jack ‘n Jill full bathroom with access from the bunk room and the living room.

Household supplies, linens, bath and hot tub towels provided. If your reservation is for more than three days you may want to bring additional toilet paper and paper towels. One bundle of firewood is provided for each reserved night. Feel free to bring more or request us to leave extra bundles priced at $9 per bundle. Please reserve prior by messaging us through the app and we send a request for payment prior to checkin.

Early or late checkouts provided with prior communication, based on availability. Checking prior to 2pm would be an additional $75 checking in at or $100 from 9am, if available. Additional fees for late checkout based on time needed (if available).

Guest will have access to the entire property and to the small lake / pond across the street. No fishing is allowed.

We have a local property manager, local cleaners and handymen if any issues arise. We always have at least three hosts with eyes on the listing so we can respond to guest needs as soon as possible. Please message through the app first rather than text for faster response time.

Due to incline of road to the cabin from King St, 4WD or AWD is recommended in winter months.

The wood stove in the basement living room is not currently in use. For fires please use the wood burning fireplace in the living room. One bundle of firewood is provided free for each night reserved. Additional wood can be purchased for $9 per bundle. Please message us with order of additional bundles and we can request payment through the app. The cleaners will leave the ore-purchased firewood prior to your arrival.
