Located in Mineral, VA, this charming and newly constructed townhouse offers a comfortable lakefront retreat for your vacation getaway with something for everyone. The spacious rental features 4 bedrooms, each with a TV, and a basement game room with an air hockey table, a tabletop arcade, board games, and a 75" TV for a movie night or to plug in your gaming system. There's also corn hole for use on the walkout patio that includes access to a grill, fire pit, a kayak, and a paddleboard with life vests. For adults, the top floor loft includes a wet bar, TV, and a connected balcony to enjoy coffee or a happy hour with expansive views of the lake.

Trailer parking is available at the front of the development near the many restaurants and Lake Anna Taphouse, all within a short walk to the townhouse.

Enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer, central AC, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. This home also provides towels and linens.

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The townhouse was beautiful and had many accommodations. It was a very peaceful setting and a great location with restaurants, a convenience store, gas, and Tap House just a couple minutes walk.

Stay at The Cove is Calling

The home was very clean and the bedrooms layouts were excellent. We enjoyed having the boat slip and being able to walk to that boat slip. Also enjoyed the amenities of the beach, boat ramp, fire pits, and tennis court.

We didnt use many of the amenities as we were there for a family reunion and gone most of the days but the townhome was clean and beautifully decorated/furnished. We appreciated getting a text and contact info from a local representative early the day of arrival. No problems during the stay!

Great family getaway spot!

This property was even better than we thought it would be! Plenty of space for everyone with really cool amenities like an air hockey table, vintage video game and 2 balconies! We absolutely loved this property and are planning on returning for another family trip. The value for the cost was outstanding.

Great stay for fishing tournament!

The home is literally brand new - everything is so clean and beautiful - WiFi worked really well for remote work - dishes were very nice - dock and boat slip were perfect! The electronic lock on the front door does not work - we reported it and asked for it to be fixed, but no one ever showed up. We used the actual key - totally fine.

Spacious house

We had a nice time in this townhouse. It has a fully stocked, beautiful kitchen with space for large groups. My kids liked the air hockey and video game table. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was a cold weekend, so we enjoyed the heated fireplace wall and extra blankets. Close to restaurants. Would love to come back!

Spacious Clean Lakefront Townhouse

My family of four including two teenage boys plus my parents all stayed together at the home. There was ample room to move around and relax. The home has 4 levels which gave everyone their own bedroom and bathrooms on all levels. My sons enjoyed the loft area for gaming! The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware as well as utensils. We loved having use of the covered boat slip. The dock area had electric which was wonderful for charging batteries on the boat. My family loved this home and we will definitely be staying here again next summer!

Nice Property as Long as You Can Navigate Stairs

The house was very clean. The check in process was easy. The house is very spacious with plenty of room. The only complaint I have is that we were traveling with my 90 year old Grandmother. I emailed ahead of booking to make sure that there was a bedroom on the main living/first floor because she can not navigate stairs. I was told that there was. There is not. There is one bedroom in the basement and the other three are on the second level. We were only there for two nights, but she had to stay in the basement the whole time. My husband had to carry her up when we would go anywhere. (reason for the 3 stars) If you have no problems with stairs this is a great property.
