The "Manasota Beach House" is a fully airconditioned property with 2 BR, 2 BA and an electrically heated saltwater pool with a Jacuzzi. It is located not even 1 mile from the beautiful Manasota Key Beach and nestled on a huge, private park-like property with your own private pond. It is located in a safe neighborhood and close to grocery stores, restaurants and many more.

The "Manasota Beach House" is a beautifully furnished vacation rental. The master suite features a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with an extra large shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bathroom is located right next to it.
The fully equipped kitchen as well as the outdoor gas BBQ are standing by to help you prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner!
The Kitchen has new stainless Steel Appliance like Fridge, Microwave and Dishwasher.
The living room invites you to relax and provides enough space for all guests to enjoy.
There are large TVs in the master suite and the living room and a smaller TV in the 2nd bedroom.
Imagine, laying on one of the comfortable wicker patio loungers after swimming in the pool, listening and observing wildlife around the beautiful pond - that is vacation!
You can park your car either in the 1 car attached garage or on the driveway, there is plenty of space.
Going to the beach? Walk (13 minutes), bike (5 minutes) or drive by car (2 minutes): Bikes are provided as well as beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.

Pool heating charges $100+13% Tax/week.
Poolheat settings to 86°F and Spa 104°F

We had a great trip! The house was clean, spacious, and the pool/spa were outstanding! The lanai area and the beautiful pond made relaxing very easy! The house was a short (15 min) walk to Manasota beach, which was great when parking spots were hard to come by. Birgit was very responsive to any needs that we had. We will definitely book this property in the future!

The house was so welcoming. It was furnished upscale yet comfortable. It felt like being home away from home… had everything and anything you would need. The pool and hot tub were spectacular! The grounds were like a private, serene park…picturesque and peaceful. The location just a quick drive up to Manasota Key Beach was perfect! Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have an upscale experience!

This is our 3rd visit to this property and cannot wait to return again. Located in quiet residential neighborhood 2mins drive to beach short drive to numerous restaurants, grocery stores. Backyard is like an oasis pond with fish and turtles very relaxing. Pool and hot tub screened patio you will not be disappointed renting this house. Best of all you can bring your pets which for us is 5 star plus

Had a fine stay - enjoyed the heated pool and attached jacuzzi. Central location to Englewood Beach, Manasota Beach, Venice, etc.

Relaxing Babymoon

This house was great! Loved the location as it was very close to the beach. Had everything we needed for a beach trip also which was great. Pool was great and the pond was a plus. Only recommendation we would add is that the ice maker in the freezer wasn’t working (it was super hot so would be nice to have that fixed).

Quiet and relaxing

Had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the quiet outdoors. The house was perfect for our trip. Would definitely like to stay there again.

This wasn’t our first time staying at this property, and once again, everything was perfect. The home is always spotless and comfortable. The host continues to be welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks for hosting us at the Manasota beach house. This is the first time we have ever stayed in the same property twice. The property grounds were as beautiful as I remembered and the house was clean and the A/C cold. We spent everyday at Manasota key beach and each night in the pool/ hot tub. Picked a few mangos in the back yard and fed the turtles and fish. A 15 minute ride to Farlows on the water for dinner will not disappoint. The back yard of this property is as beautiful as a travel brochure. Until next time , Thanks again for having us.

Very Relaxing Stay!

This was our first stay at this house and we'll definitely be back! Loved the salt water pool and hot tub and also the pond out back with the koi and turtles. The house was very clean and included everything we needed during our stay. Thank you for the welcome package, that was a nice surprise!

Beautiful property in quiet neighborhood

Beautiful house inside and out! We enjoyed the bikes that were available as well as the outdoor space. The property manager was great! Very responsive.

Englewood getaway

We loved this property. We went for Thanksgiving to visit my parents in Sarasota, but fell in love with Englewood. Loved the mid century modern touches. The lanai was amazing. Felt very welcomed in the home.

FANTASTIC

Gosh we were so happy with our stay. It could not have been better. We had our 2 little dogs with us and they had so much fun. We didn't even leave the house it was comfortable there and the pool and spa great. Had everything we needed. We would love to go back and stay again. Our best VBRO yet.

Another Wonderful Stay

We love this property and have stayed before and I am sure we will stay again. We love the fact we can take our 2 little dogs along. The pond is beautiful and gets a lot of bird activity. The fish and turtles in the pond is an added treat. We never left the house the whole stay as we love the pool and house so much. We can't wait to come back for a staycation. Birgit is so very good to deal with also!!

The house and pool were awesome!

All was good, close to beach and boat ramp. I have a 20 foot boat and we had some creative boat maneuvering in the driveway but it worked. Overall great stay!

Photos do not do the place justice ! Having rented places where the property does not live up to the photos this property is best experienced in person. We enjoyed our stay so much we only went to the bench once, not because of the weather. We so enjoyed just hanging out here. It has everything ! Can not wait to come back. Maybe I shouldn’t tell everyone.

Mango Farm

Amazing place. Huge saltwater pool, wild pond with koi fish, catfish and turtles, backyard garden with tropical fruits, front yard with sweet mango tree and rabbit family. Ocean beach is 3 minutes away (free parking); Walmart is located 5 minutes away; restaurants are about 15 minutes away to Venice or Wellen Park. To management - please add some shade for outside sitting area; thanks a lot for welcome gift .

Perfect Winter Getaway

This was a great romantic getaway for my husband and I. We love that is in a quiet residential area, but with an ability to walk to the beach and Manasota key. Shopping and restaurants are a close drive. The lanai with the hot tub and pool was amazing! Coming from up North, feeling sunshine on our skin was divine! The property itself is amazing, including a pond with turtles, koi, and other kinds of fish. The bed was super comfy! The design of the house was cool and interesting. There are so many things that made it easy to be our home for the week. We would recommend this property for couples, friends and families. Sabine has been a great communicator through the entire process. It was thoughtful that they left us a snack and beverages upon our arrival.

Perfect weekend - 5 stars!

The house was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. It was more spacious than we expected. The yard with the pond was like being in a private park! We loved how quiet and peaceful this property is. A few nice neighbors chatted with us as they walked past the yard. The house is very clean and set up with everything you need. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the sheets smelled good. The AC worked great and I assume the house has city water because it didn't smell bad like well water does. The salt water pool was amazing. There was really nothing that we can complain about! We will definitely be back!
