Casa recientemente renovada con piscina climatizada de agua salada y bañera de hidromasaje. Cerca de las playas, moderno y acogedor con piscina privada y dos camas king size.

¡Ven y disfruta de esta casa recientemente remodelada y privada! Esta casa tiene una ubicación céntrica con fácil acceso a las playas, restaurantes y tiendas.

Con un viaje en automóvil de 2-3 minutos, puede llegar al ferry South Venice Ferry (disponible solo para esta comunidad) que lo llevará a una hermosa playa privada. Pase de ferry disponible para nuestros huéspedes sin cargo adicional.

La casa tiene una nueva y soleada exposición occidental, piscina climatizada de agua salada (), así como un jacuzzi independiente. Hermoso y espacioso patio pavimentado con cerramiento de pantalla recién instalado que cubre toda el área.

La cocina es moderna y está totalmente equipada en caso de que decida quedarse y hacer una comida. Ambas habitaciones tienen camas king size (Guest Master es espuma de memoria firme). El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama king size (híbrido de resorte / espuma medianamente firme) con entrada directa al área del patio / piscina. Las habitaciones están en lados opuestos de la casa (separadas por el área de la cocina y la sala de estar) para mayor privacidad. Ambos baños tienen duchas. El área de la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama que se convierte en una cama de tamaño completo.

El garaje con puerta automática mantendrá su automóvil seguro, seco y fresco.

This was one of the best rentals that we have stayed in. Everything was just as pictured. The owners have thought of everything. The property was spotless, the pool was sparkling clean and well heated as was the hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication was flawless. We would definitely stay again.

Our 5th stay at the Casa Coco and we are already planning for next year! Chester and Aneta's place is so nicely appointed - everything you need for a relaxing pool and beach vacation. The space is bright and modern and spotless! Communication with the host was great. The location is perfect - close to beaches, restaurants and downtown Venice, the area feels very secure.

Loved this property. Chester and Anita were great hosts! We loved how clean and well set up the home was. Everything you could ever need on vacation is at this house. We love what they have done with the pool area to make it private and secluded. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I've had many good VRBO host and Chester is absolutely one of the best. Chester was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The backyard pool area is very private and peaceful. Our favorite property in Venice, Florida!

We have stayed at Chester and Aneta's place a few times and love the house and the location. The house is spotless, modern and well equipped. There are several beaches and great restaurants nearby. We had a few questions during our stay and the owners were very responsive. Already planned our next trip!

Perfect Home in a Perfect Location

5 star home with a 6 star host. We had planned events in Sarasota, Punta Gorda, and Fort Myers on several days but spent most our time locally enjoy Manasota Key, Venice, and Venetian Waterway Trail/Legacy Trail. We found this area of Florida more manageable for dinner reservations and tee times......as more popular areas are getting bottlenecked. Thank you Aneta and Chester!!

Great home base

Chester and Aneta have put so much thought into their home! It was clean, comfortable and close to so many beaches. We enjoyed our excursions away from the home and enjoyed having all of the amenities at the home to come back to for a relaxing afternoon and evening. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful!

The Casa Coco was just perfect!. So close to everything Venice has to offer. The pool and hot tub were just what we need on the unseasonably cool nights during out visit. Having two king bedrooms and separate baths made it so nice for privacy. Chester and Aneta were wonderful hosts. Will definitely be going back!

Chester and Aneta’s place is perfect! Super clean and well appointed. Short drive to restaurants and beaches. This was our 4th stay and the only reason we might not return to this house would be to try their other VRBO also in Venice. Tough decision! Either way, we are looking forward to it already.

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed for 8 weeks during January and February. Check-in was smooth and easy and the house was exactly as it appears in the photos. Chester and Aneta were great hosts and made sure we had everything we need throughout our stay. We especially loved ending our day in the spa, but the pool was very nice too. PROS House was very clean Comfortable beds Great decor Easy check in/out Excellent pool/spa and patio Attentive and helpful hosts Central location to beaches, shopping and Shamrock Park Good wifi speed CONS Neighbors dog barks a lot sometimes Backyard wasn’t big enough for my dogs to run around Low water pressure in master shower We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this house!

Our favorite VRBO yet!

This house has it all! From the gorgeous pool area to the comfortable beds, this place was so perfect for our family of four. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals or make frozen drinks. The whole house was cozy and clean! The owners even provided a flea rake for shark tooth hunting, beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler for using at the many shark tooth beaches in the area. The owner, Chester was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make our stay amazing! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a fabulous place to stay Chester and Anita!

Home away from home ♥️

My favorite VRBO stay of all time. From amazing hosts who were very helpful and informative, to a pristine property that met all of my family’s needs from rest and relaxation to fun and sun. Perfect weather, warm pool and relaxing hot tub, with modern interior decor that reminded me of home. 10 minute drive to Manasota Beach where we enjoyed our afternoons, laying in the sun and collecting shark teeth. A multitude of restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to stay again! A special thanks to the hosts for being kind, helpful and thoughtful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Perfect Place

This place exceeded all of our expectations for vacation. With COVID-19 we were hesitant to even take a vacation but I’m so thankful we did! This home is exactly as it appears in photos. It is by far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were amazed by the smallest details that go into making this house comfortable. The owners were available for any need that we had and so friendly. This home has everything that you could possibly need, including a backyard that you’ll never want to leave! We are already trying to decide when we will return. This home was definitely worth our 14 hour drive!

Nice size for 2-4 people

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Coco. The house was definitely smaller than we usually rent, but worked out fine for just my husband and I. The owner (Chester) was great at communicating when he needed to stop by and treat the pool. He also gave us some info on the area and is super friendly. The house is well equipped with everything you need, including a blender which is not listed on the kitchen amenities. The only downside for us was that the beds were much firmer than we prefer and also the sleeper sofa. We brought our Frenchie with us and the yard is not completely fenced in, so we had to keep a good eye on him when we let him out. Also, there isn't any counter space in the bathrooms, so you have to limit what you really need in that area. Other than that, it worked great for us.

The Perfect Tropical Oasis!

We can't say enough good things about both the property and the owners. We are frequent VRBO guests and this is by far the best property experience we've had. The property was spotlessly clean, well provisioned and comfortable. We brought our small dog with us and was delighted to find a pet bowl with fresh water waiting on him at check-in. For us, there was a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates with the sweetest personalized note. We enjoyed using the pool toys, beach gear and grill. We didn't find time for the bicycles, but they were in excellent shape and looked like fun. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We didn't use the hot tub since it was closed for the summer, but the pool was lovely. We hope to be return guests soon.

Everything we hoped for...AND MORE!

This house had everything we could possibly want or need, it was clear very early on that they truly thought of everything! The accommodations were so nice we almost didn’t want to leave for the beach! The hot tub/pool was perfect, the atmosphere they have set up inside and out is almost like it came straight from a magazine, you can tell they care deeply to make this a nice place to stay! The personalized welcome note and surprises were the cherry on top and such a nice touch! Communication from the beginning of our trip (and throughout to check if we ever needed anything) was top notch. The hosts really care to make sure you have a great stay! We did not want to leave! This was honestly the best VRBO (or any rental) we’ve ever stayed at, we would definitely love to return here again! If you are looking at houses in the area, look no further, you will not regret booking this one, worth every penny.

Casa de Coco Garden: A Real Charmer

Tucked into abundant, gorgeous landscaping is a hidden gem of a house in South Venice. The modern farmhouse interior is exactly as shown in the VRBO pictures. It is well equipped with kitchen essentials, loads of great towels for bath or beach, and a good laundry area essential for long term rentals. The king sized beds in each bedroom are comfortable, and there is a dresser and loads of closet space in each room. Bathrooms are updated and stocked with several necessities. The pool area is very large with multiple seating areas, comfortable furniture, warm water and a hot tub. Also notable is the privacy provided by the lush landscaping around the entire setting. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet space! It is a really wonderful place to work, read or just enjoy the Florida sunshine and a delightful pool. Chester is an excellent host who was available for anything we needed-all minor requests that were quickly resolved. He always called before coming over and he maintained the pool area and hot tub while we were away at the beach or out touring in the area. Casa de Coco Garden is centrally located-close to groceries, restaurants and shopping. There’s plenty to do and see in the area: downtown Venice, multiple beaches, and destinations like Sarasota and Punta Gorda are all nearby. We loved everything about Casa de Coco, and we won’t hesitate to stay there the next time we visit Venice!

Fabulous

Casa Coco is a beautiful villa, perfectly appointed with everything you could need. High quality decor, pool and covered outdoor space was lovely. The villa was incredibly clean. Chester and Aneta have been fabulous hosts and have responded to any messages we had very promptly and reached out to reassure us regarding a tropical storm that was due to hit during our stay. It was great base to explore the area and the many local beaches . We would highly recommend Casa Coco. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa with us.

Tropical Oasis!

We loved our week at this home - we did not want to leave! The house is very clean and well appointed. But the outside living space - that's what really makes this home shine! We couldn't get enough of the sparking heated pool and cozy hot tub. We went to a different beach every day that we were there, and found over a hundred shark teeth! This home is the perfect base for exploring Venice + surrounding areas. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing!

Chester and Aneta’s place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house is adorable and impeccably clean. Nice sized pool and great outdoor space. Located near several beaches and fun restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. Beach chairs, towels and a shark tooth sifter were available to borrow. Hosts responded quickly to a couple of questions we had during our stay. Planning to return soon!
