Slow M'Ocean is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-front vacation rental condo. Sit and relax as the waves gently lap the shore and quiet your mind. Just steps from the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico; it sits directly on the sugary sand of Navarre Beach. Accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom, bunk beds in the bunk room, and sleeper sofa in the living room. Take pleasure in preparing meals in the fully appointed kitchen or simply walk to a nearby restaurant! **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Family Vacation

Great location! Condo was clean and beds were comfortable! The bunk room is quite small but worked for us. We would definitely stay at Summerwinds again!

Perfect Family Vacation

My husband and I and are 4 kids ages 4-17 had a blast and we will be back! It was a great location, beautiful ocean views and easy to get to the beach and pool. The rental was clean and the property management company was great to work with!

Great Condo!

Very comfortable and well equipped. Beds were great and location was perfect! We loved being able to walk to dining and the pier. There was beach service on the beach and the pools were very nice. Super clean everywhere!

Great condo

13th floor view overlooking the beach was amazing! Very clean. New appliances. Nice furniture. Elevator is fast. Easy accessible but across the bridge from shops and such. Definitely recommend!

The location and view were excellent! I would recommend it to be cleaned better as around the door knobs and baseboards were dirty and there was a dead dried up bug on the master bathroom ceiling. All the ceiling fan blades were dusty as well. The carpet also needs cleaning, especially coming into the master bedroom. I would also recommend scheduling the pests control service to be scheduled in between guest and not during their stay as it was ours. This interfered with our stay as we fault we had to wait until they came which was about an hour and a half of what they stated (9am came around 1030am).I’m only giving this and a good review based on the view and location not the cleanliness of the condo.
