Penthouse, 17th Floor, unit newly renovated with all new appliances, lighting, mattresses, furniture, shutters, and paint. Take your vacation to the next level with an upgrade to luxury. This is a beautiful Gulf-front (Gulf and Sound views) unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths that sleeps 8 comfortably. Relax in the primary bathroom's jetted tub that has spectacular views of the Gulf. Have fun in the only Olympic-sized swimming pool on the island and breathe in the salty air poolside or on your private oversized balcony. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Beautiful and very comfortable. I would just like to make a suggestion. In the main bedroom with shower, I would recommend grab bars and something to not make the bottom of the shower slippery.

Great property!

We had a great time at Navarre Beach at this property. We had a group of 7, and the condo was just the right size. While it is much smaller than we are accustomed, it never felt cramped, as there was plenty of seating areas and options. Due to the size of our van, we were unable to fit in the parking garage, but there were several spaces for oversized vehicles. Some info that I wish I had known:—the coffee maker uses loose, ground coffee. Not a K-cup. There is an option to make single batches, and I was able to open a Kcup and pour it in, which worked fine. —we knew that there would be limited amounts of dish soap, toilet paper, etc., so we brought our own. We were surprised that the travel packets did. It include anti-bacterial soap for bathrooms, so we did buy that as well. —the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. However, there was literally nothing else! When I have stayed at VRBO’s in the past, there would typically be salt, pepper, foil, plastic wrap, etc. None of that was available, and we had to purchase our own. Not a problem, but wanted to make others aware so they can plan accordingly. —This unit does not come with beach service. Some of the units in the building do, but not this one. It is available for a fee at the beach.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay! This property is absolutely beautiful, and well decorated. It had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for our whole family in the condo. Comfortable furnishings, and spotless kitchen. Access to the beach was awesome, and we loved using the balcony in the evening. We hope to be back!

Ice Maker never worked.

The ice maker never worked we had to get ice so everyday. The island was without water for 1/2 day. Own er should have notified guest that the water was not safe to drink until the approval of city. These unit usually come with a beach set up. This one does not!!!!! Furniture on the balcony was so uncomfortable Check in is at 3 my kids were waiting. I had to call the owner at 430 and 5 to get the code. I've stayed a BC for 10 yrs. Get with it owner.

The pictures don’t do it justice, the condo had more amenities then most we have stayed at. The decor was beautiful, the view was amazing…just can’t be too afraid of heights! lol

Great family stay

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the layout of the unit, the ocean and bay views from the balcony and master suite. The 3 grandkids made great use of the bunk with has the full on bottom, but also a trundle for those who need their own space. We cooked a lot and there were ample utensils, dishes, pots, pans, blender, even a small crockpot. The pool is gigantic and perfect for kids; we watched a resident adult enjoy swimming laps there as well. The beaches and umbrella service are excellent there, too. Convenient to walk to the pier and a couple of restaurants there. (The height of the balcony was the main concern for the parents of young children, but the rules were laid out firmly from the start regarding them and balcony usage; they did well the entire time for safety’ s sake.) If you are sensitive to lights at night, you may plan to use a large beach towel to black it out better at night on the two front bedrooms—the outdoor light does not turn off. You might want to bring throw blankets. The balcony gets a lot of wind and it stayed pretty cool up there; some were a bit cold, but we all enjoyed that space tremendously. If you go through lots of towels and washcloths, you should bring extra.

Relaxation with a View!

What a wonderful place to stay! The complex is quiet. The view is spectacular. Every morning, we had coffee on the balcony, listening to the waves lap at the shore and watching the sunrise. On the mornings that were a bit chilly, there were blankets in which to wrap yourself. Owners provided absolutely everything we needed for the week, plus some. The furniture was comfortable as were the mattresses. Kevin was very attentive and quick to respond when I had a question. We will definitely be back!

On the Beach

Truly wonderful condo, beach & local area. Condo provided everything we needed & more. Very clean & new. The views allowed for sunrise & sunsets and listening to the waves. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.. Elevators ran fast & smooth. The sunny deck was loaded with lounge chairs and even a dining table.. Highly recommended for any kind of getaway!
