• If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, please notify us immediately to ensure the home is in great condition for each guest
• Keep your exterior noise level down; this is a La Quinta regulation
• No illegal downloads of any sort, no P2P file sharing

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT

• Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged with an additional cost
• Cleaners are scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes
