Welcome to your serene escape on Cape San Blas a charming 3BR/3BA beach house with partial Gulf and Bay views, breezy decks, and easy beach access just 2 minutes away. Located on "South Cape" this three bedroom, three bathroom is steps from the beautiful Cape San Blas beaches. This eclectic home, originally built in 1984, will take you back to a time of slow down! Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with French doors as the separation into a room with two trundle beds! This master suite sleeps a total of 6! Step out and see the Gulf from the balcony; a perfect place for sunbathing or sipping on coffee in the morning. Also upstairs is another bedroom with Bay views! Downstairs you have the open concept kitchen with plenty of sitting for breakfast or dinner. Right out from the living room is a large deck with Gulf views and an amazing ocean breeze. This area is perfect for large family to play games, share memories and to soak up the afternoon sun as it rests in the Gulf. Bring your dogs, we are pet friendly ($150 pet fee for up to 2 dogs). Enjoy a sweet treat at the local ice cream shop, Sugar Shack, with the $25 gift card that is included with you booking.

Gulf County Florida has so much to offer. It's widely known for its eco-tourism. Snorkeling, fishing, paddle boarding, there is always something to do outside! Reid Avenue has several things to offer from the lighthouse, shopping, and restaurants in the downtown area of Port St. Joe.
Most love to come here to ride horseback on the beach and visit the historic community of Apalachicola. When you want to experience the beauty of St. Joseph Bay, visit nearby Salinas Park with a playground, picnic table, fire pit, and boardwalk over the serene water. You can even get in some exercise by walking, running, or biking on the 19-mile paved trail.

-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
