We had a lovely stay in this home. We had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and spa with a view of the mountain. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store. Could use a few updates throughout but would recommend. Very responsive communication with property managers.

Place was clean. Beds were comfortable. Grounds were tidy. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware and glassware. Pool was nice and clean (even though we did not use). Nice mountain view from backyard. I would stay here again.

Overall a great stay at a great home. Outdoor furniture is a little raggedy and leaves something to be desired but otherwise everything at the home is fantastic!

It was a much needed, relaxing getaway!

Good value, perfect location, house was clean and had all the amenities listed. Staff responded very quickly for the operation of the heater in the pool. Good value, perfect location.

Everything was great! The place was clean and had nice amenities. We did have to ask special permission to use the fireplace which apparently was taken off the list of available amenities after I booked. They did accommodate us though, which was very nice. The only minor complaint I can think of is that there were no extra garbage bags available after the first ones were full, so pretty minor. Other than that it really was a very nice property and very comfortable for the three of us. I would recommend to others.

Just what I imagined!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Loved the pool and the privacy of the backyard with beautiful mountain view’s. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed for our time there. It was extremely hot the week we were there so the AC struggled a bit to keep up with our needs, but overall it was fine. My only complaint is that we were not contacted by management for an orientation as scheduled, and we couldn't find a book of instruction's like that normally found in a vacation rental.

Very nice location.

Easy reservation and checkin. Great communication and prompt help when needed. Clean, fun site. Older neighborhood (these homes were built in ‘59), but clean and quiet neighborhood. Most homes have been updated. Location is close to everything in Palm Springs. If you are a mid-century modern architecture nerd, this location and surrounding neighborhood wI’ll be right up your alley. Would book again. Private pool, jacuzzi, and retractable patio shade was appreciated. Nice cookware in all sizes was useful, as was the extra large coffee maker!

Summer Trip 2025

We definitely enjoyed our 4-day stay and had great communication with the property manager. However, the backyard furniture was very dirty and the umbrellas did not open or work and fell into the pool twice while we were in there. Also, the AC was not working the first night and the fan in the master bedroom was not turning on. The master bathroom lights continued to dim down as someone was showering. There was no bright backyard lights only the small one next to the sliding door. We couldn't find the pool light/jet remote so we had to contact the property manager to turn them on and off for us every time.
