This is an immaculate and well-equipped property with highly responsive & very helpful hosts in a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed our time here very much. Everything worked, everything we needed (and more) was in the property, the furniture/decor was comfortable and stylish and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The pool was sparkling clean; the very high winds during our stay blew a bit of vegetation in but it's cleaned twice weekly so is always good to use. There's plenty of outdoors seating and we loved lying out and watching the sun set over the mountains and the stars come out. Although there were only 2 of us there was so much room that I can imagine it would be great for 6. Kitchen and barbecue facilities were perfect. I can't think of a single negative thing. Thank you for helping us out at short notice. We would love to stay here again.

Palm Springs Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. The home was well stocked and the pool was well used during our excessive heat week in the 113’s! The location was perfect and we enjoyed watching the incoming and departing planes overhead throughout the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and good vibes

Perfect for our girls trip of four. The pool and outdoor area is amazing. Inside there was good care in the details to make our stay comfortable and the home inviting. Only 5 minutes drive from downtown it was easy to Lyft all around town. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great except the spaces between the fence don’t allow for a completely private back yard. Otherwise everything was great!

Excellent vacation home!

This house was not only cute and stylish, it had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was sleek, clean, and organized perfectly. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. The shower was the shower of my dreams, and, the backyard with the pool was beautiful and calming. I felt like I was at a spa. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We loved it!

This house was pretty perfect for a family who wants to be together but wants their space from each other, too. There was plenty of space to spread out inside the house and in the backyard. We spent as much time as possible in the pool and hot tub and really enjoyed the mountain views and the hummingbirds flying around all day long.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. Each guest's experience is very important to us, and feedback is a really helpful way for us to maintain quality control. We're really glad you appreciated how neat and tidy our home is. It was recently remodeled and entirely re-furnished. We do our best to discard anything that isn't in top condition and very regularly make replacements where necessary. We will take your review into consideration as we continue to make updates and upgrades. Thank you! As for the airplane noise, yes, this is a variable condition we live with in Palm Springs, based on seasonal flight schedules. The town is so small, and the airport so close to... well... everything!.. that we do have some occasional planes overhead. We hope that you enjoyed our backyard, mountain views, and peaceful setting regardless. Thank you again for your input! It will contribute to enjoyment for future guests of our home.

Top notch property and location

This is a great place. Have visited Palm Springs for many years and this was our favorite and we hope to be back. The pool is the star. Perfect sun from early morning to late in the day. If you like the heat and the sun, you won't be disappointed. The owners left a book that answers any question you could possibly have. Although it wouldn't prevent us from going back, no music by the pool is annoying but we understand that others have probably ruined it for everyone. TV in the bedroom(s) would be nice but not a deal-breaker. Overall, this is a great house in a super quiet location and close to drive or Uber to wherever you need to be.

Thank you for your input. We agree with your suggestion about a TV in the bedroom and are putting one in the master. As for the no music by the pool, very frustrating but please note that is a city ordinance, not ours! We as vacation rental owners are fighting to get the city to relax on some of their rules. Wish us luck.

Oasis in Palm Springs

Beautiful property minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Clean property with all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway in the shadows of the mountains. Spent most of our time in the oversized backyard enjoying the pool & meals under the stars. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location..if you asked the teenagers the pool was divine and they discovered Disneyland was about a 2 hour drive. Nice to be able to cook and BBQ! Would be a great location for a girls weekend away!

Everything went very smoothly. Management company was very responsive. Kitchen is well stocked with all needed utensils and pots and pans. Already planning our visit for next year.

Wonderful but couldn’t sleep due to a/c limitations

We love this place. Everything was perfect except the a/c. We were told to not put it below 77. With days of over 110, setting the a/c to 77 is not conducive to sleeping. As a result, we slept horribly and came home from our vacation needing another vacation. Other than that, everything else is perfect and would love to come back once they update the a/c

Thank you for your comments. Sorry you did not feel you could make the house comfortable to sleep in at night. Absolutely you can. What we want to avoid is people turning the AC all the way down and leaving the doors open when they go in and out.

Wonderful family escape from the city

We had a great time staying at this house for a week this summer. The rental company communicated well with us over the whole process, everything was clean, the kitchen stocked with utensils, the pool warm, and the house relaxing. It felt like a home away from home while there and well decorated to boot. Highly recommend coming here!
