¡Relájate y disfruta viendo pasar los barcos! Disfrute de alojamientos únicos en un yate Hatteras de 43 pies cómodamente equipado. Ubicado en una comunidad cerrada, en la sección Eastport de Annapolis, a poca distancia del centro histórico y la Academia Naval.

2 cabañas privadas, 2 baños completos, capacidad para 4. La cabina delantera tiene literas. La cabina de popa tiene una cama queen. También se puede dormir en el sofá del salón principal. Cocina (cocina) totalmente equipada con encimera de 2 fuegos, microondas / horno, nevera, máquina de hielo, horno tostador y máquina de agua caliente para té / café. Marina club house ofrece un salón con televisión y duchas / baños adicionales, así como acceso a la piscina.

Ropa de cama y toallas.

A 5 minutos a pie de varios de los mejores restaurantes y pubs de Annapolis. 15 minutos en coche del Navy Stadium, 15 minutos en coche de Rt 50.

The Kathleen Marie was clean and cozy and you can't beat the view. Lena was very responsive to our questions and couldn't have been more hospitable. We look forward to staying here whenever we come to Annapolis.

My husband and I wanted to enjoy our wedding anniversary doing something different. Spending two nights upon the Kathleen Marie was a fun and awesome experience! Our host, Lena, made our stay welcoming and was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions and needs. She truly went above and beyond. Really nice experience. Bed was comfortable. Bunk room provided opportunity to sleep under the stars. Pleased with perfectly serviceable bathrooms and kitchen. Music system throughout boat. Unobstructed views of the water. Did not attempt to use TV. Glad to have experienced the Eastport end of town. Much prefer to the busyness of “downtown” Annapolis, with a reasonable walk to that area. Restaurants in Eastport were all great. Would def stay on Kathleen Marie again.

Exactly what we needed

Kathrine Marie was an excellent ending to an east Coast baseball trip. As a fellow VRBO owner, I appreciate those hosts that let you check in early if the property is available. Perfect location and a friendly host. Property is just as described in the listing.

Simply Extraordinary

This is by far one of the best stays I have ever booked. The yacht surpassed what I had hoped it might be. Sunrises were stunning from where she was moored. Climate control was great. Temps outside dipped a bit over the weekend, but we were quite cozy. The living room and covered outdoor deck were incredibly comfortable. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms - such great space. Communication with host was great! Really hope to book again. Such a great stay!

Beautiful boat with beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay on the Kathleen Marie. She is a well-appointed boat. The master cabin has a large comfortable bed. The salon is roomy and the galley has all you need as well. The best part is the back deck. We enjoyed our coffee and watching the sun rise over the Chesapeake Bay! We were in town for the sailboat show so it was busy but Annapolis was lovely and very walkable everywhere.

Weekend getaway

We are boaters so boating is not new to us. The view out the back of the boat was terrific. We enjoyed having a kitchen for the weekend even a small one. It’s a mile walk to the city dock from this smaller marina. We had some trouble getting into the marina bathrooms (they were not marked) but the host was responsive as well as the marina manager. FYI the sailing Ctr is not the mgt of the marina and they can be prickly.

Beautiful Boat on the Bay

My family and I loved our magical stay on the Kathleen Marie. The amazing views, the convenient location to Eastport and Annapolis destinations (we walked and also took water taxi), and the great condition of the boat. We ended up using the marina showers because they were so convenient and just terminated as well as the marina washer and dryer (free). Appreciated having the coffee trailer open in the morning. We will definitely return!

Kathleen Marie was Fantastic !

Fantastic ! Unique VRBO experience ! Clean, comfortable, plenty of room for 2 couples. Annapolis/Eastport “feels-like” temperature everyday was 100+, and we were always comfortable. Great view of boats coming in & out of harbor ! Walking distance to great eateries in Eastport - car sat in parking lot for all 4 days. Owner promptly communicated, and personally setup the boat before our arrival ! Highly recommend !

Anniversary Get Away

A wonderful stay on the kathleen Marie…enjoyed hanging on the boat sunrises and sunsets were amazing ! The boat was clean and host was very nice even let us check in early! The town has some of the best restaurants and everyone at the marina was friendly ! Can’t wait to do it again!

Great Eastport Getaway

The Kathleen Marie was fantastic. Everything about the boat was as shown on the listing and its location in the marina couldn’t have been better. Amazing views. Quiet. Relaxing. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

A Unique Stay

A great experience. We had a wonderful fall weekend - despite a bit of rain. Staying on the water was great. Convenient parking, Oscar's coffee trailer in the parking lot was a nice surprise, walking to Bakery & Co for fresh pastries. The boat was set-up well with everything that we needed. Sunrise over the water was great. Close enough to downtown Annapolis to be convenient but without the crowds. A great stay.

Annapolis Boat Show!

We stayed in the boat while in town for the Annapolis boat show. It is a perfect location with a water taxi that will pick you up on the dock just behind the boat! The best seafood you will ever find is in walking distance. Annapolis is a beautiful, charming town to visit. Highly recommend, and just as described!

Great alternative to hotel for couples

This is a great place to stay for couples who are looking for a romantic weekend getaway in downtown Annapolis. Recommended for those who are used to boating. Sunrises and coffee are a must. Watch sailors and boaters pass by all day. Get shuttled to dinner by water taxi. Never have to drive anywhere. Owner is very responsive and helpful. I left my Yeti Rambler behind and the owner quickly shipped it home! My wife and I hope to have a similar setup one day.

Fun Fall Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our weekend on this boat - the views of the water from the upper decks are great. A very comfortable boat - the aft stateroom is quite large.
